 Check this one out!
Two coats of Orly Rococo A-Go-Go (name, y u so silly?!).
The formula was a bit too thick and almost tricky for me - I definitely should have just thinned it right away.
Still, it's absolutely to die for, and it turned out just fine!
The next day, I added a coat of Inglot 202 flakes.  Here are a few indoor pics first.
 YIKES!  SO BEAUTIFUL!
As you will see in a moment, the flakes look mostly orange in the bottle, so I was pleasantly surprised to see so much green come out to play!
 It's rainbow-rific, that's for sure.
 Now for some outdoor pictures.
 Can you even stand it?!
I definitely need to wear more flakes.  Definitely.
I really like the Inglot flakies because they come out so dense and easily.  I just wish the bottle wasn't so tiny!
 What are your favorite flakes?
It's nice to see so many companies jumping on the bandwagon now.
Hopefully we won't be having any more flakie polish shortages in the near future.  :)
Thanks for taking the time to stop by!

I have too many pictures.  Consider yourselves warned!  :)
This is two coats of Revlon ColorStay Rain Forest.  No top coat.
Application wasn't great - I don't love the brush and the formula was a little thick.
I forgive it, though, because it's so freaking gorgeous!
Check out all the yummy glass-flecked shimmah.
How could you not love this?
I found it at CVS with other new ColorStay polishes.  I was lucky enough to get them buy one get one half off, too.
This was my Christmas mani, so I added some gold glitter to pep it up.
I used one coat of Inglot 207 over top.
I put a coat of Revlon's ColorStay top coat over it all, and then a coat of the new Sally Hansen Diamond Flash.
The Diamond Flash dries to the touch pretty quickly, but does seem to take a while to completely dry on me (longer than I like).  I also got a few bubbles, which is never good!
I will say that once everything was completely and totally dry, it was rock solid!
I have to thank my online nail polish buddies for helping me come up with this combination.  I was feeling overwhelmed with choices, and they recommended this one.
 Thank you!  I loved it!
What did you wear for Christmas?  I have to say that I'm particularly fond of my pedicure combo - it's Zoya Ivanka topped with Diamond Cosmetics Chunky Red Glitter.  It's so festive and reminds me of elves.  :D
Thanks for looking!  This will officially be the end of the Christmas manis.  I just took this one off and changed it about an hour ago.

I started with two coats of Color Club Pucci-licious. It applied very well and I have zero complaints about it.

It's such a gorgeous, vibrant purple creme.

To it, I added one coat of Inglot 201.

Clear with silver holographic glitter pieces.

It turned out really pretty!

Oh hai, Georgia, Baby!

Georgie, as I've been calling her lately, is just now turning three! It's hard to believe.

She's my sunbathing shmoopykins Borzoi love.

More sparkly goodness!

Both Pucci-licious and Inglot 201 are super fun. I recommend them highly!

This is another spoil from having a friend willing to buy me polish when in NYC. I asked for Inglot O2M 647 thinking it was black, from the ink blob lookin' picture on Inglot's website.

That's right, I decided I would just try one in black because I couldn't decide on another color and was intrigued by the breathable enamel concept.

This is two coats of 647, by the way. So, I don't think I particularly believe that this polish is more breathable than any other, but I will say that it applied most excellently and wore well, too.

I highly recommend the formula, be it truly breathable or not! You can read more about these polishes at Inglot's site, here.

I cannot tell you how much I adore the shimmery vampiness of this color! It is so much better than just plain black!

Now, it would have been perfectly glorious all on its own, but I couldn't leave it. I added a coat of Inglot 207.

These pictures are under the little Ikea lamp light I use at my desk where I paint my nails.

The gold holo sparkles are just too pretty!

Check out that rainbow above!!

And now for the smorgasbord of usual poolside pics.

See how the glitter takes on a greenish yellow look above? COOL!

I took way too many pictures. Yes, I did. It was just too beautiful.

I hope you enjoyed that as much as I did!

This Is Me!

My photo
I love color, beauty, creativity, animals, and being care-free. I'm not care-free, in reality, but would like to think it's an attainable state of being! I do like to bend the rules when it serves a greater purpose and I'm all about being authentic. Here I am, take me or leave me! I suppose I'd call myself a sensitive soul. I think I feel things more deeply and ponder things more thoroughly than your average bear.
