Awinic well acknowledges that the conflict minerals declared in the US Dodd-Frank Act and by relevant organizations (such as the OECD or EICC) may trigger serious environmental, social, and human rights issues. Therefore awinic has established a comprehensive conflict mineral policy, a management system, and an investigative framework consistent with relevant organization guidelines, to assure that no violation of conflict mineral policies exists within either awinic or our supply chain.
Awinic focuses on designing a variety of analog and digital-analog mixed mode ICs primarily for cellphones and other mobile devices,
providing a full array of highly reliable analog and digital-analog mixed mode IC products.

daniuc.complies with J-STD-046 regarding product or process change notification (PCN). For product changes, awinic provides notification of any change that may affect fit, form, function, or adversely impact quality or reliability.
Awinic will inform customers of PCN before time limit based on PCN change level, for the following information a minimum of 90 days before the implementation of any notifiable change:
Any additional evaluation for the change, make comment within 15 days since received notification.
Awinic reserves the right to make changes without notification when fit, form, function, quality and reliability are not affected.
Shanghai Awinic Technology Co.,（hereinafter referred to as Awinic) declares that the storage time of its integrated circuit products is five years, provided that themoisture barrier bags are intact without air leakage and the humidity indicator card does not change color, and stored in a controlled environment (<30 ° C and<80% relative humidity).
Awinic conducts sufficient and long-term reliability studies to confirm the products' storage time policy.The《Product Storage Time Reliability Assessment Report》confirms that the product has been stored in a controlled environment for 5 years, with no abnormalities in the packaging materials, and no electrical degradation or failure of the product itself.

Customers are notified of product EOLs through our PCN system. Customers have a minimum of 180 days from the date of notification to place final orders and 360 days from the date of notice to accept final shipments. In rare situation to expedite the progress of certain product EOL, it’s still encouraged to get mutual agreements with customers to get last buy and last shipment date aligned.
