MCT Manly Monday!

GOOD MORNING my sweet friends & welcome to another "Manly Monday!"

First of all, I just want to say THANK YOU for loving our NEW RELEASE just as much as my team & I enjoyed creating fun projects using it for you! I never was able to post in here, but our 75 shoppers did come through early Friday afternoon! For those of you who missed out on the FREEBIE, it is available for purchase HERE. Before I get to my card, I wanted to share something! :)

Well, here was my busy weekend! It was my "Baby Aaron's" Senior Prom on Saturday night! Can you EVEN BELIEVE that??? and he will be graduating next month as well :( YES, there will be TONS of tears shed... & I'm not saying that they have not started already! ;) I am trying my best to keep it together, but it's tough to see my first born all grown up into a fine young "man"! I just remember that special day my husband & I took him home from the hospital 17 years ago! We called him our little "experiment" because we had ABSOLUTELY NO CLUE what to do!!! lol....

I will have to admit that we did something right because this young man will be graduating with honors! Just recently he was chosen to receive the

"2017 All County Pinnacle Team Award". Getting rewarded for all of his HARD work & dedication for his academics is a HUGE accomplishment for my baby & I cannot express how PROUD we are of him. I thought I would share a few pictures from this weekend!

I am VERY BLESSED that my parents were able to see him off as well! :)

Here is my beautiful baby with his pretty date! This has to be my FAVORITE picture. The photographer did a GREAT job with all of the pictures that evening. :) My son thanked me for convincing him to go because he had a GREAT time! LOVE MY BOYS SOOO MUCH!

Okie dokie, now onto my card for today! I created this card using out newest set called "Grad Night". I stamped & die cut my owl out & layered it onto one of my "oldie but goodie" dies called "Stitched XL Label Die!" I really love how it came out, I hope you enjoy it too! :)

Tag it Tuesday!

GOOD MORNING my sweet friends & welcome to another "Tag it Tuesday!"

Before we get to our tags, I just want to say THANK YOU for LOVING this newest release just as much as my team & I do!!! I was SHOCKED when we even sold out of the "Card Borders" stamp set too! I will have everything back in stock approximately the end of the first week of August! :)

For those of you who placed your orders over the weekend, ALL orders have gone out yesterday!!! Depending on how quick USPS is.... you might want to start stalking your mailboxes on either Thursday OR Friday! :)

Okay, now onto our tags!
I couldn't wait to use this new set again! It is our newest addition to MCT called "Berry Special"! I LOVE this set because you can make it "cutesie" OR "classy". I used Tim Holtz distress inks to watercolor my pears! I used the colors: Spiced Marmalade, Forest Moss, Mustard Seed & Peeled Paint! Then I just heat embossed the sentiment onto a vellum piece, added sequins & adhered everything down using pop-dots! I really LIKE how this came out so I will save it & give it to my hubby for our anniversary! So October better come FAST!!! lol.... ;)

Tag It Tuesday

GOOD MORNING my sweet friends & welcome back to another "Tag It Tuesday!"

I was super HAPPY to get this "Love Die" back in stock yesterday so I decided to make a tag using it! This tag was "literally" put together in 10 minutes! All I had to do was die cut 3 items, adhere them together, add a hole & twine along with sequins! THAT'S IT!!!! This is DEFINITELY a CUTE & EASY tag for you to mass produce in no time!

Thank you all for stopping by! I hope you are all enjoying your time w/your kids being off. I am making the best of it being that I have an injured soldier! lol…. ;) I'm not sure if I mentioned that Anthony hurt his knee during his wrestling match a couple of weeks ago, but he is not getting better :( We will be seeing a specialist today! Wish us LUCK for GOOD RESULTS! Of course this has to happen to my most ACTIVE son, so it's killing him to sit & do NOTHING physical! I'm glad we have games to play, movies to watch AND him & his brother are actually playing their playstation! These boys have had so much homework that they haven't been able to do this in a looooong time! That is a PLUS ;)

What a Treat Wednesday~!

GOOD MORNING my sweet friends & welcome to another "What a Treat Wednesday!"

Well, I don't have a video, but I DO have a card for you today! :)

For those of you who have been following my blog, you know both of my boys are sick! Well, Baby Aaron is getting better & Anthony is on his way there! He keeps wanting to go back to school, but pneumonia is NOT something you take lightly! So his Dr. is giving him an extension for his note for school! I've had this really cheap humidifier for a while now & it just wasn't doing the job! So yesterday I went out & picked up a decent one & let's just say "you get what you pay for!" lol…..The Dr. said Anthony needed a cool mist one & this one I got works AWESOME! This is why I was able to sneak in my craft room because the boys were able to sleep better~! This is the humidifier I got & I LOVE it! I could've ordered it from my Amazon, but they needed it NOW! ;) THANK YOU all for your well wishes! :)

Okay, now onto my card! I was browsing pinterest & came across THIS VIDEO! I thought I would give it a try using all of my products! ;) You can see the video HERE! Basically I did everything she did, but switched it up a bit! The width of my card ended up being 3 1/4 because I wanted to use up some scrap card stock that I had on my craft table already! I REALLY like how it came out & I was able to use my Revised All You Need is Coffee Set! ;) As I was creating this card, I was wondering HOW I would add a tea bag to this?

THEN I thought of my Tag Gift Pocket Die! So I used that on the inside of my card & it was PERFECTO! ;)

Tag it Tuesday!

GOOD MORNING & welcome back to another "Tag it Tuesday!"

I hope you are ALL keeping cool out there! Thank GOD the forecast change, it was "supposed" to be 107, but it is not going to be 104 today :( I am SOOO NOT looking forward to this! For those of you who are having rain, PRETTY PRETTY PLEASE send it my way??? Please??? We can SURE use it!

I rested & kept my AC on full blast because that is the ONLY way I will survive this heat! Feeling much better today! I KNOW my PG&E will be a little high, but it's SOOO WORTH it! ;)

Okay, now onto my tag! Since 4th of July is this weekend, I thought it would be fun to create a tag perfect for the occasion! This is a PERFECT little tag to put on whatever you are bringing to a 4th of July party & it would make a SUPER CUTE presentation!

This tag was SUPER QUICK to put together. I used my "Clean Color Real Brush" markers to color in my firecracker! I used "Primary Apple Red" embossing powder by WOW for my sentiment. After I embossed the sentiment, I felt like my firecracker needed some embossing too! SO I just took a stylus that I had on my craft table & dipped it onto my versa mark ink pad & just dabbed it onto the firecracker in tiny sections on my firecracker. I also used the same powder for my tiny stars as well! Over all, I really like how it came out!

December 5 ~ “5 Days of Christmas”

HELLO my sweet friends & welcome to our last day of our 5 days of Christmas! Well, today I have a FUN "Girly Gift" to share w/you today! I just LOVE that my nieces are now at that age where they can now "appreciate & enjoy" Sephora products! I don't necessarily shop there for myself, well, ACTUALLY the ONLY thing I purchase from there is my face wash! I get an occasionally lip gloss from time to time, but RARELY do I shop there! But I have FUN shopping there for others! ;)

All I did was used some red jingle bells as a filler at the bottom so it wouldn't look so plain!
