Inspire Me Tuesday

GOOD MORNING my creative friends & welcome to our very first "INSPIRE ME TUESDAY"!  Basically, we all based our projects on what inspired "US" to create them. For my little card today, I've been super inspired by all of these inky techniques I've been seeing. I know my card is nothing MAJOR, but I did some inking on my card along w/a background stamp. I first stamped my background onto white cardstock, then I inked up all the edges & worked my way toward the center of the card using my blending tool w/the Soft pool ink.  Then I die cut my gift card holder die & ONLY used the decorative edge for my card just to give it a different look. I ALSO wanted to show you another fun way how to use this die as well! ;) Then I added the clouds, arrow, sentiment & sequins. Last, but certainly not least, I added chunky glitter to my clouds!  (which I hope did NOT blind you!) hehehe!

Supplies used:
~ I heart Summer 6x6 paper pad (for arrow & edge of card)

Here is my video for you today!

TGIF...TGIF...TGIF! :)

GOOD MORNING my creative friends AND "HAPPY HAPPY FRIDAY"!  It has been one of those weeks that just would NOT END! ;)  I apologize for the "lack of" videos. My life has been CRAZY BUSY & every one in my family has had HORRIBLE allergies:(  All of us have been feeling a little "under the weather" so I thought this was a perfect card to share w/you today!

Supplies used:
~ "Fly away w/me dies" (clouds)
~ All paper were scraps that I had on my craft table from release week! ;)

We are all doing better, we all got to go to my boys honor banquet last night & it was bittersweet. Yep, this is Baby Aaron's last year there since he has been going to the honor banquet since 4th grade AND he will be graduating this year:'( For my Anthony, this was his first year going to the honor banquet so it was nice to have all of us there together including my parents. So it was definitely an EXTRA SPECIAL night.
Here are my beautiful boys w/there certificates & since Baby Aaron is promoting, he already has his special "Honor Roll" cord! He will get to wear it on graduation day too. I could not be any more proud of my 2 boys. They work SO VERY HARD at school & it certainly shows. It still makes my heart sad to see them grow so quickly right before my eyes......where has the time gone? :(

Well, I hope you ALL have a GREAT weekend! I will be back w/some videos next week for sure!;) **ALSO, since next Friday is my Birthday, I have an EXTRA SPECIAL day planned for you! YEP,  Miss Veronica is working on a special blog button for us to start spreading the word! So stay tuned for ALL the details next week! This is one "Birthday Party" that you do NOT want to miss!;) just sayin.....
Thank you so much for stopping by! xoxo

P.S. Don't forget to join in our FUN challenge we have going on right now HERE

3D Wednesday

GOOD Morning my creative friends! Are you all ready for another 3-D Wednesday? I hope you are because we have some super CUTE projects to share today! First, before I get started, I was a little upset because I had actually "Thought" I was recording this video from beginning to end, but my camera was on "pause" the entire time:( I was so proud of myself too because I hadn't did a project from beginning to end in a long time! I apologize....I tried! I was able to video the end of it & I also give you all an update on orders in my video too!  Today I made this super CUTE coloring book /doodling pad w/some chip board coasters. I have had these circle coasters FOREVER & totally forgot about them, so sorry I can't remember where I picked them up from:(  If you google "circle chipboard coasters", I am sure you will find them!

In my video below I explain how I put this together! It is super easy & they would make the PERFECT Easter basket stuffers!;)  For the inside, I even had these little papers already cut out, so I used them for my pages. The 2 sentiments I used are from my set called "Color Me Happy"! The cute bunny is from "Happy Hunting". I even stamped a little message on the inside.

I explain in my video how I was able to make my banner a little shorter to fit my sentiment PERFECTLY!;) I barely colored him because I kinda wanted your eyes to focus on his SPARKLY Easter egg he was coloring!;) I first colored the egg w/a white color pencil, then added some clear chunky glitter!

The cute pattern paper was "Walnut Grove" 6x6 paper pad by Pebbles which you can get HERE at "Liz's Paper Loft Boutique"! I stamped the cute bunny onto my "just tags" die, I added the clouds in the background & just layered everything on top, then finished it off w/some May Arts ribbon.

Here is my video for you today!

Now onto my AMAZING design team! I hope you enjoy what you see & don't forget to visit each of their blogs & leave them some LOVE. ;)

I hope you all were inspired today!

UPDATE ON ORDERS:
As I mentioned in my video, I've been in touch w/my "DIE" manufacturer & UNFORTUNATELY they are running behind on ALL orders:(  I was told that I should have EVERYTHING in by the 9th OR 10th of March! So, if you were one of the many who placed your orders AFTER 5pm PST on Friday, Feb 15th, we were already sold out of all of the new release. :( I apologize for the inconvenience, I "WISH" I had more control of it because I know so many of you are waiting patiently.  But I promise as soon as those dies ring my doorbell, we are going to do a "Marathon" of packing everything up & getting ALLL your orders out ASAP! THANK YOU ALWAYS SOOO VERY much for making this release a huge success & I promise this release is seriously "worth the wait";)

Thank you for visiting me & have a FABULOUS day my sweet friends! xoxo

Non-Tradional Color Valentine Cards

GOOD AFTERNOON my creative friends!  I hope you ALL have been doing good! Me, keeping busy but still not 100% so I've been trying to keep a low key so I can be ready for one ALL those dies to arrive (which are on their way to me as I type)! YEP, I am going to need ALLLL my strength to help get everything packed up & sent out to ALL of you who have been waiting so patiently for your backorders!;)
Okay, I have an EXTRA SPECIAL card for you today along w/2 that I have made too! Today I wanted to feature some Non-traditional Valentine color cards for you! This FIRST card is one made by MY MOTHER!:)  I think she did an EXCELLENT job! She used the heart dies from "100% Sweetness" & the sentiment is from "Lots of Love"!;) I think it looks pretty for "non-traditional" Valentine colors!
I made this next "non-traditional" Valentine Color card, I used paper from Teresa Collins "Vintage Finds" 6x6 paper pad. All I did was add some red to it & made it some what a Valentine card! The sentiment is from "Fly Away w/me Sentiments" !

The dies & stamps I used are "Fly Away w/me Dies" & "Fly Away w/me Stamp set".  I adhered it all done using lots of pop dots!;)  Then I added the little "Stitched Layering Hearts" & added them to the banner! Lastly I used my FAVORITE Red thin hemp.
Here you can see the chunky glitter I put on the hearts & on the clouds!;) I REALLY like how it came out!
Okay, now this next card here, I decided to do a 2-part video! I thought it would be fun to make 2 cards using the same paper pad! It is Echo Parks "For the Record II" and I also used the coordinating brads to go w/it! Since this is a NON Valentine paper pad, I wanted to challenge myself to make one "regular" card & a Valentine card using this same pad! This first I thought was a simple & fun one!
I just LOVE this paper pad because it does have a vintage feel to it & it's PERFECT for a "manly man" card.:)  I think this card will even work for a female too, heck I would LOVE to receive a card like this too!;)
As soon as I saw this paper I knew I wanted to use my CUTE "Circle font" stamp set! I stamped the letter dies onto the circle dies that are included in the "Build a Banner set"! Aren't they so PERFECT for this paper? You can see in my video below on how I put this card together.

I hope you enjoyed the 1st card of my 2 part video! Tomorrow I will make a Valentine card using this same paper!:)  Thank you so much for visiting my blog today & I will see you all back here tomorrow! Have a FABULOUS day my sweet friends!:) xoxo

Designer's Challenge ~Miss Rosy

Fabric and Stitches- Giftcard Tag for the Holidays

Sweet Thursday Morning All! Welcome back for another Designer Challenge, with Rosy from Sweet Delights Paper and More. For this Challenge, I want to incorporate Fabric and Stitches to our Projects. Any type of project goes. Meaning, you are welcome to create a Card, Layout, Home Decor, or 3-D Project. As long as you are using MY CREATIVE TIME PRODUCTS as well.

Here are some pics of My Project, which I created for this Designer Challenge:
I cut two tags out of hot pink felt. Stiff felt makes a better more crisp cut. One of the tags was cut in half to create a pocket. I used clear glue to adhere the pocket part onto the tag.

A small rectangle scrap of fabric was sewn to the pocket. My Daughter wanted to practice her needle stitches technique. So, I let her stitch this rectangle versus using my sewing machine. Recently, Gamma taught her to use a thread and needle. Cut a hot pink heart from a My Creative Time Stitched Heart Die. Added ribbon, rickrack, button, and some bling for embellishments.

The color combo I chose came from this Giftcard.
My Creative Time Products Used:
I am thinking of creating more Giftcard Tags for Table Napkin Accents for Thanksgiving and inserting something sweet in the pocket. How about a Christmas Tree Giftcard Tag? Or a Teacher Giftcard Tag? The GiftCard Tag Theme has endless possibilities. I hope you were inspired to create something fun for this Challenge. I can't wait to see what you all come up with!
Dont Forget:
