01. Unwanted Youth - Unwanted Youth, 1988 Vinyl LP Album      Destiny Records - EFA 12-5141 Let us exhume another lost gem of the 80s hardcore scene. This short album oozes with energy and urgency in typical Attitude Adjustment | No Allegiance | Corpus Vile form. The listener might not get floored at first - this is fairly generic 80s hardcore/punk. But the power of seduction of this assembly of raw, speedy songs is obvious, and it is done with quite some class. The riffs are great, the prominent bass lines are great, the drumming is great, the vocals are great, the arrangements are great and the production is great. The songs are great, the the "artwork" is fucking lazy, this album is a great and generally catchy minor classic. Excellent job, would have deserved at least two follow-ups! Remove brackets and unzip: [long live the 80s] !ZER Unwanted Youth ZER!

Unwanted Youth - s/t, Germany 1987 Most excellent slightly metallic hardcore like the first Attitude Adjustment, the first 2 Corrosion Of Conformity and mid-career Poison Idea. Euro thrashing ZERRRR!!!!! I could not find any info on the web, nor the LP artwork, and I'm too lazy to scan the LP (anyway it's only a picture of the 4 guys). Vinyl rip.
