Bad Brains - Into The Future, 2012 CD Megaforce Records - MEGA 2121 I & I survived the 80s thanks to the Bad Brains, one eternal member of the Eternal Zer Top Three. The time machine strikes again. The Bad Brains Euro tour of 1989 was a life changing experience for my young self, and to make a long love story short, I may not have the same wife and children today if it wasn't for this ancient heavenly trip to Switzerland. Yes, you can see my reflect on the bad photo of the poster of the Fribourg show, I suppose it fits the purpose. Like for Victims Family, as a tribute to the legend I'm posting everything I have, CDs and LPs. There is too much nostalgia in these vinyls, could not not play them again. Bad Brains, master emperors of hardcore punk, music supremacists, giants of the riff, Black Sabbath of the fast and furious. HR Tapes 84-86 is a compilation of early recordings of the singer's side project. Stealth is the band of the bass player during one of the numerous Bad Brains breakups. Both albums sound like first class triple zer Bad Brains. The new album Into The Future is a return to greatness, much better than Build A Nation. Buy this addictive album. Eternal life to the Bad Brains. Bad Brains forever in the whole Universe. NB about Live at the Marquee LP: when you see this picture for this live bootleg on other blogs, it is very likely they borrowed the first mp3 rip I made in 2008. I had made the yellow cover for my CDR version (from which these first mp3s originated). The yellow image was made from the back of the LP sleeve, today's black & white pic is the real LP front cover. I had printed this home-made CD sleeve on yellow paper, thus the yellow pic found on various internets. But it is not a physical release you can find (as opposed to the original LP), there is only one such copy and it is on my shelves. The FLAC version posted today is a brand new rip from the LP (not from the CDR) and is of much better quality (better turntable, better processing than in 2008 - and FLAC). Jah. !ZER Bad Brains ZER!
