Featuring Mr Rich Hoak of Brutal Truth fame on drums and main microphone, T.F.D. has gloriously showered us with sharp decibels for almost two decades. Short, fast and furious, every song is an explosion of straight forward grinding thrash with a touch of the early D.R.I. spirits, with emphasis on the grind, without ever sacrificing the catchy element. It does not sound like the dark tortures of Brutal Truth yet it is as awesome. And they are the greatest folks I have had the pleasure to meet in this scene, touring with TFD is like a vacation. The 1999 CD is a genuine item I ordered on the defunct mp3.com website which was the precursor of Bandcamp/Soundcloud and all these streaming websites we are now used to. It was all the rage in the 1990's and it was actually the first open social media website, long before Facebook and such.
