Requested, repacked, rezerred. From punk til thrash, Sacred Denial rocked the 80s and our vertebraes still ache. It was a good complement to Ugly Americans, Adrenalin OD (but not as fast!), Bedlam and so on. The Exhumed LP is a compilation of material from 82/83. Great stuff, but I need to go back doing nothing (vacation rule #1), so I'll let you find out the right words to pay tribute to this ancestral piece of US hardcore. Zer!

Disgust - Thrown Into Oblivion, 1995
Nice complement for the Disgust studio discograhy. Murderous raging E.N.T./Discharge crust death! Live!

Randy Uchida Group - Deathly Fighter Anthology 12", 1984
My ludicrous display of ignorance is impressive, the last time I posted this LP I had ripped it at the wrong speed and did not even notice. Sorry, argh. Ahem. Here is it again, 2009 re-release of the band of the GISM guitarist, that now at the right speed, sounds like Loudness. Standard 80s hard rock plus a couple of GISM-like thrashers, bad bootleg quality sounding live tracks, nothing to fight a bear for.
White vinyl rip:
A1 Deathly Fighter
A2 Crazy Bomber
A3 Bark At The Moon (Live - Ozzy Osbourne cover)
A4 Deathly Fighter (Live)
B1 Crazy Bomber (Extended Version Live)

Vandals - Peace through vandalism + When in Rome do as the Vandals, 1982/1985
Not a reload, just a fun piece of innofensive 80s US punk rock to let sunday slide gently. Tea time.

Sacred Denial

Exhumed, 1982/1983 (rel. 1988)
Life's Been Getting To Me, 1985
Extra-Strength Tylenol Anyone ?, 1986
North Of The Order, 1987
Sifting Through Remains, 1988
The excellency award goes to Sacred Denial in the fields of rocking hardcore punk and thrash metal. The last two abums were early Nuclear Blast releases, they are on the metal side with an Excel vibe, locomotive beats and a few melodic rock sections not unlike the last Uniform Choice. Absolut first class! The earlier records sound more like early Dr Know, AOD and RKL with the occasional leakage of a metal riff and it is wonderful. Classic zerRRrrRrRrRRrRR!! ! ! !! Compilation tracks here.
