Atomkraft - Looking Back To The Future, 2014 CD Compilation Limited Edition x 3 Minotauro - M2014-11 Requested, zerified. Venom fans know what to do with Atomkraft, and already massage their necks. And general fans of 80s British steel, Tank/Warfare division, must also prepare to bang their heads. Atomkraft were great and we welcome the new Looking Back compilation with the joyful appetite of a cake loaded Sunday. Unlike the strange 2004 Neat anthology (which contains all 80s records, but in random song order...), the triple CD from 2014 contains only demo and live material from 1980 to 2011. And for those like me who hadn't heard the unreleased album demos, surprise is to be expected (not necessarily in good vibe). But for the rest, this is zeristic total metal! Future Warriors, 1985 Queen Of Death mini LP, 1986 Total Metal (CD 1), 1985/1987 Total Metal (CD 2), 1983/1987 More legendary UK 80s thrash metal!!! This is totally Venom and also Warfare and Tank, I'm getting all wet. Thrash metal trivial pursuit hint: Tony Dolan replaced Cronos when Cronos fled Venom. Atomkraft were really tighter and more in-tune: ranging from Tank-ish pre-speed metal (with amazing solos and catchy melodies) to the thrash metal bombardment you expect with such a moniker, this is some hot first grade metal. Can't select a favorite between Future Warriors, Queen Of Death and Conductors Of Noize - these last two have the magnificent Ian Davison-Swift from Avenger and Satan on vocals - and the Tysondog drummer! The "Total Metal" compilation has the 3 albums plus 8 unreleased tracks (including a Girlschool cover!!!). For reasons beyond my limited self, the author of this comp chose to mix up all tracks from all records, so here are also the vinyl rips (except for Conductors Of Noize) if you wish to have the original song order (also, the comp CD features 2 remixed songs from Queen Of Death with Dolan's vocals instead of the versions from the vinyl). TRIPLE AAA FOR 9 DOSES OF MEGA ARMAGEDDON ZERRrRRRRrR!!r! CD rip of the comp and vinyl rip of: Future Warriors: 1. Future Warriors 04:09 2. Starchild 05:26 3. Dead Man's Hands 03:05 4.
