still here

I think it is safe to say that having 2 kids has finally caught up to me. It seems like each day just wizzes by in a blur! Any tips from you seasoned moms out there would be greatly appreciated!

But now onto to more exciting things. I've been rummaging through all my goods in preparation for the big sale and I have even more stuff than I realized.

Let me tell you guys, this is going to be good.

In an effort to lure all you local readers there, I thought I'd give you a little idea of what to expect in terms of items and pricing. There are quite a few people participating, and if you have something you'd like to sell, bring it along and park it on the lawn. The more the merrier I say!

It's that time of year when I get the urge to get rid of everything I've been burrowing away.

The event will be held at a new location this year and will be including the cast offs from multiple designers and stylish friends.

and lots of other good stuff.

today was a busy day

 I'm exhausted. I'm tucking in early and hopefully I'll have lots of pretty pictures to share with you tomorrow.

Mayhem

The yard sale was fantastic. Thanks to all those who attended. I was overwhelmed by the attendance and it was so fun to meet some of my readers and pass on the goodies to homes that will appreciate them. I got quite a few e-mails about items I had included in my preview post. There are a few things I set aside that I will be listing on the blog this week and I may be having an online fabric sale later in the summer once I build of my stash again and get some homes wrapped up.

I've been working all week to get organized for the big yard sale this Saturday. This has meant going through piles and piles of fabric, closets full of accessories, and figuring out how to part with furniture I love, but don't need to keep. Our garage is packed to the brim with goodies. 

I've had a quite a few people e-mail me asking for preview pictures of what will be for sale. I'll try to snap some tonight but I have to admit our garage is so full it's hard to even get access to some of the items I want to show off. 

Just know, this sale will be big and it will be good. I would suggest coming early.
