Sweet six-track disco compilation featuring Ebony ('Take My Love') and Via Soweto ('Let Stay Together'); another subtle Mandela tribute 'Free My Man' ('Let Him Go') by The Angels; one-time singer for Stimela, Joy White ('I Love You'); the Ray Phiri-produced Cecil Mitch ('Farewell My Love') and an oddball rendition of 'Amazing Grace' by Afro-Wave.

THE ANGELS - Mr No Problem (1987)

Right Track/RPM, RTL9022
Producer: Mac Mathunjwa
Engineer: Mark Holland
Mixed by: Richard Mitchell
Recorded at: RPM Studios

Typical Brenda-inspired bubblegum only a small cut about the rest, thanks in part to production by long-time legend Mac Mathunjwa and mixing by the prolific "Mr Magic" Richard Mitchell, who had a hand in many a bubblegum classic. Escapist lyrics with titles like 'No More Sweet Love', 'He's My Man' and the slow jam 'Thatha Ixesha' (take your Time). The title track offers silky smooth synths and similarly silly lyrics:

"Do you know him, man about town?
His name is known as Mr No Problem
He plays you like a doll,
He thinks you are his playground.
Money can't buy you everything,
He's a problem . . .
What you want to be, Mr No Problem?
Your time will come . . .
He'll see you when you're down,
He's there with a smile, facing all your problems"
