I just want to do a quick post today, I just happened to come across this unused tag while cleaning out my scrap paper box and thought I would finish it. Well lo and behold Emma was having a tag challenge, so perfect timing!! I don't know about you, but I always have a hard time decorating tags, it's something new to me, can I just say it's time to get pinning!!!

Challenge Time!

Hi everyone,

Thought I would do a challenge today, over at Celebrate the Occasion they are having a sports theme challenge, so I thought I would join. Here is a layout I made for a guy who wanted to store his baseball cards. Once I was finished I put it into a shadow box, sorry that picture has a lot of shadows,  but I wasn't at home to take the picture under better lighting, I just wanted you to kinda get the feel of what it looked like. Now onto my project, I am featuring "Our love Story" sentiment from Mary's "Be my Valentine" stamp set. When I seen this I knew I needed an image of a book. The hearts behind it just brings in the love theme. My Minds eye has this lovely "Lost and Found" designer paper, with such rich reds and brown tones....perfect! This will be my husbands card for Valentine's Day and I just want to tell you that one of my sentences I put in the inside goes perfect with the theme of the card, it is; "Everyday we live adds another page in our book." I just love this stamp!!!!

M.A.G. Challenge by the Page #39

Hi everyone,

Welcome to Mag Challenge by the Page #39, this week we are using Tags Bags Boxes and More page 89, remember we can only use the images on this page!

I am using the window tag card and EAD Vellum Stickers thought this was the perfect challenge to use these stickers. The window tag and over lay are cut at 5.44. Since the stickers were vellum I used white card stock behind them. The New Beginnings sticker hides the word "Smile".

M.A.G. Challenge by the Page # 11

Hi everyone,

Just want to take the time to welcome all of my new followers and say, thanks so much for following my blog. Within the next few days I will be doing a couple of "Giveaways" for my 100 and 200th followers, so please check back!


On to the challenge for this week, Tags Bags Boxes and More page 130. OMG, I really really had a hard time on this challenge, when I seen what we had to use, I thought what am I gonna do with this? We can only use the images from this page, oh boy. At the end of the day, 8 nut cups later...lol, this is what I came up with. I thought the cups would be perfect for little storage containers, each one is cut at 4.0, I wanted to color coordinate my containers as well as the embellishments, added ribbon and buttons to complete my project.
