Happy tax day to you! I'm glad that was done months ago.  I'm too busy to do taxes today.  I have made a little game this week to keep me on track making cards for my display board for our upcoming Spring Fling next weekend.  We have a wonderful day planned for our demonstrators and their customers to come together for a full day of paper crafting fun.  We have cards and banners and scrapbook pages to make.  Even though I have a wedding in the afternoon, I just could not miss out on the opportunity to spend the morning at this fabulous event.  I have wanted to accomplish some wonderful things for my display that I have had up my sleeve, and I hope to get a bunch of them done, but I do get off track, and sometimes really derailed.  So, to keep me going I always look for challenges, and I also created a little game for myself by making up a list of different occasions for cards and I cut them up, put them in a jar, and I draw a slip and make a...

POSTPONED - Watch for rescheduled date and time.     CARD CLUB CLASS Thursday, March 7, 6:30 - 8:30 Cost $8.00   We will be making 3 beautiful cards, one of them an Easter card, and one 3D Easter basket project (shown above).  We will have everything prepped and ready for you to stamp and assemble.  All supplies will be provided.  Class will be held at 101 Willow Pond Trail, Lino Lakes.  Please contact for directions.    

Valentines for my little sweeties

  I have been working on Valentines for my little grandkids today, and I think I came up with some pretty cute ideas for each of them.  I had fun playing with some of my new toys and stamps, and digging out some of my oldies that were perfect for each of the baby's personalities.  This first card is for Kol, who is 15 months old.  I used some of the stamps from Spring Sampler, and some from Ciao, Baby, and some from Pretty Petites.  I cut them with the Petite Curly Label Punch, which is my new favorite toy.  I just looooveee using it.  I dug in my stash to come up with some red glitter dot paper from Holly Berry Bouquet (retired) that was perfect for this project.  The "love you" greeting inside came from a retired set called Valentine Defined. I added a few rhinestones and a glitter heart to sparkle it up a little for my sweet baby boy.   I had to slip this one in the mail today, and it should be waiting for him when he gets back f...
