Hey guys - I totally spaced on making it known (because people care) that my hours were about to get hella sporadic starting today and lasting for a couple of weeks while press screenings for the New York Film Festival kick off. I just got out of my first one (and gosh are my wings tired?) -- Kiyoshi Kurosawa's Journey to the Shore, which... I will presumably have something to say about when the time for saying things comes around. I'm covering for The Film Experience but I'll no doubt link up everything I do over here too. Speaking of The Film Experience though I did write up that Frances McDormand & Martin McDonagh news over there this morning, go read that! And let's get this day properly started...

Oof. I'm an asshole. Sorry for laying that one on y'all - and right before the weekend! Stew on that for a few days! But you can blame Joss actually - EW just published another little tidbit from their upcoming big interview with Mr. Whedon and in it he names the three things he's made which he's most proud of, and naturally "The Body" is in there, because it's probably the best hour of television ever made, full stop, and he totally should be proud of it.
