Good Morning, World

.
Diego Boneta was photographed for this month's issue of Esquire Mexico which gives us a good excuse to check in with Diego Boneta -- aka finally post the pictures of him earlier this summer wearing a speedo on the beach and getting real excited with his girlfriend. But before that -- I had no idea Diego is in Terminator: Dark Fate until I just looked at his IMDb page. Is he in the trailers? I never noticed him. My eyes were full of Mackenzie Davis though. Anyway it's too early for all of these sentences I am typing, let me go finish my coffee while you hit the jump for the rest of this shoot and them there speedo snaps I told ya about previous...

Glen Powell Is Going Places

.
I guess it's a contest to see how many times I can admit to crushes on sociopaths today -- once I ogled Evan Peters' butt in American Horror Story as he commit atrocities, and twice I thought an abbreviated dirty thought about Captain Vidal in Pan's Labyrinth as he, uh, commit atrocities, and third time's a charmer! I already admitted this on Twitter the other day but I am totally into douche-bag extraordinaire Chad Radwell (and the actor playing him, Glen Powell) on Scream Queens. I really can't help myself - the deranged swagger, the pastel pants... it's a total Teen Dream.

So imagine my delight upon reading that Mr. Powell has just joined the cast of Sand Castle, that military movie I told you about earlier this week that will co-star Nicholas Hoult, Henry Cavill, and Luke Evans. (Thanks Mac) I mean.... can you even imagine this set? Somebody get me to this damn set! For now if you hit the jump I gathered up some more pictures of Chad (slash Glen) doing their douchey dreamboat thing...

Boy Queens

.
I guess I'm finally going to see Diego Boneta act in something! I've posted a ton of pictures of the Mexican actor in the past (click here for them) but I've always qualifying it with, "But I've never actually seen him in anything." Well now that the news has broken that he's been added to the cast of Ryan Murphy's upcoming slasher comedy series Scream Queens, I do believe he and I will actually become acquainted, talent-wise. Also joining the cast is Glen Powell, whose face might be familiar to you - he's been bouncing around in small roles for several years now, like in The Dark Knight Rises and The Expendables 3, amongst others.

Into the Wild Boys

.
Today is the actor Nate Parker's 34th birthday - as we gratuitously expressed back in July after seeing him in a small role in Ain't The Bodies Saints, we really wouldn't mind seeing him in lots more stuff! So it being his birthday I looked him up to see what news there is about him and I found this, quite a mother-lode actually, the trailer for a movie called Eden. It's basically Alive (minus the cannibalism) (I think) meets Lord of the Flies - a soccer team's plane crashes on a deserted island, and then all the hot young athletes take off their shirts and run around. I'm sure there's a happy ending, right?
.
.
On top of Nate (yeah I worded that purposefully, for maximum fantasy) the film co-stars Ethan Peck (see gratuitous post here) and Diego Boneta (see gratuitous post here), plus several more pretty young things I haven't posted about before -- for instance Mario Casas came up in the comments of this other old post involving Boneta, and I've been meaning to give him some love ever since...

... you can see why. Actually you know what, I've got a ton of pictures of Mario, let's just hijack this post altogether and put those after the jump cuz why not...

Beach Blanket Boneta

.
Diego Boneta's Instagram account remains a treasure trove of him hanging out on or near the beach pics - I still have no idea what I'm supposed to know him for (he, like, acts and stuff?) but know him I do. See loads more here.

Good Morning, World

.
Like Cheyenne Jackson, Diego Boneta sure does love to Instagram himself in states of undress. He's been on some kind of vacation... then again, having access to actors lives via these social media platforms has given me the impression that actors, at least the successful ones, are always on vacation, damn them. Anyway Diego's been at the beach, which has resulted in some goodness:

You can see some more over at his Instagram. He has a lot of hot friends, too. Anyway seeing him on Instagram is what's kept him in my mind, since I have yet to actually see him act in anything. When I did the big gratuitous post for him back in June of last year it was because of that Rock of Ages musical but that thing flopped hard (and let's be honest, I was never going to watch that movie anyway).

Blah blah these shots of him grooming are from that MTV show Underemployed, which I've posted pictures of him in before. But not these ones. Hit the jump for several more caps...

Instagram My Heart

.
Chris Pratt wasn't the only dude spreading personalized beefcake across the internet this weekend - here are a couple others I spotted. Up above that's Cheyenne Jackson (via). And here are Diego Boneta (via)...

... and Kevin Zegers (via). And then here is a shot of Henry Cavill behind-the-scenes of Man of Steel that I hadn't seen before...

Question: anybody have any good Instagrammers to follow? I haven't been able to find a good list of who's on there. I'm sure there are oodles of worthwhile narcissists that I'm missing out on...

Good Morning, World

.
I don't think I've turned on MTV in a decade, at best, so maybe one of you youthful hipsters can tell me what the hell Underemployed is; all's I know is it has previous Gratuity recipient Diego Boneta (who turns 22 years old today) in it and he seems to spend a lot of him-time in the bathroom.

Gratuitous Diego Boneta

.

I can't imagine you'll be getting much coverage from me on the subject of the upcoming jukebox musical movie Rock of Ages - it's kind of built to repel me. Tom Cruise and Catherine Zeta Jones? Singing songs? Yeah no thank you. But not built to repel me is its young star Diego Boneta.

He's a Mexican singer slash soap actor, he's been on 90210 and Pretty Little Liars here in the US, and he goes to the beach a lot.

Point being, once the DVD is out he will have me fast-forwarding to his scenes a la Dominic Cooper in Mamma Mia, no doubt.

And if you hit the jump, you'll see around ninety more pictures of him. Yes, ninety. Happy hump day!
