SNK franchises usually see more sequels than Nightmare on Elm Street and Friday the 13th put together. This includes the mobile realm, as both Metal Slug and King of Fighters are getting follow-up -- thanks to a new deal between SNK and I-play.

The King of Fighters M2 features three modes: Story, Survival, and Battle. It goes a long way to recreating the booty-rockin' 2D fighting thrills of the arcade versions. Fighters have different "states" where they're able to pull off different moves.

Metal Slug Impact carried the torch lit by Metal Slug Mobile. In the new adventure, protagonist Marco is trying to stop the bad guys from launching their feared doomsday Super Rocket. How does he do this? By shooting countless enemies in the face, of course.
