When spring awakes

Hello dear Wild Orchid Crafts friends!

It's Aleksandra again with you today and I'm back with my new project for you, to get you inspired and to get your crafting mojo on. :)

I have to tell you I can not wait for the spring to come. I so much enjoy the warmth of the first spring sunshine, the smell and colorful play of the blossoming flowers, the joyous singing of birds, the nature bursting and awakening in all her glory. Are you the same? This off the page project - box with a blossoming birdcage, took me on the springtime walk for a moment. I enjoyed it so much and I hope you will too.

Blooming Wheelbarrow exploding box

Hello dear Wild Orchid Crafts friends!

Today is my first time with you and I am so happy and so honoured to be here. Those of you who know my work, also know that my greatest passion are off the page project full of flowers. And Wild Orchid Crafts flowers are just perfect. So today I created an exploding box with Secret Garden and Wheelbarrow full of spring blossoms. Hope you'll like it.

Masculine cards need flowers, too!

Hello my flowery friends! I have a masculine card I did, but look how cute it looks with flowers. I used Poppies, I think they go great with this card because of the black and buttons you've gotta have buttons on all cards with a little boy on it. Wild Orchid Crafts do sell buttons and lots of other embellishments.

On this little card I used a wide red satin ribbon, topped with blue grosgrain, and then 1/2" Red Satin Ribbon from WOC, with triple flat bows with ladybug toppers. Although we usually think of amazingly beautiful FLOWERS when we think of WOC, they also have so many other wonderful things as well. The satin ribbon is available in both 1/4" (7mm) and the 1/2" (12mm), and both widths in 27 gorgeous colors!!!! The floral treatment is by Wild Orchid Crafts also: Sweetheart Blossoms and Poppy Stem Flowers.

Venise Lace

Hi there, today my card features the gorgeous Venise lace that Wild Orchid Crafts stocks, isn’t that heart just stunning!

  

The Venise Lace  heart and satin ribbon is from Wild Orchid Crafts as is the trellis rose, poppies, corner metal embellishment and pearls.

The inside has been decorated to compliment the front.
