Look at the skies, they have stars in their eyes...on this lovely bella notte...

Hi y'all! Happy Wednesday! This week The Twinery is teaming up with Bella Blvd to bring you some fabulous inspiration. Boy, do I have a fun project to show you!

Using papers, stickers, and embellishments from the Sunshine & Happiness collection from Bella Blvd (in addition to some basic cardstock and glitter), I created six 3x3 folded tags and a box to store them in. The twine colors I used are: Charcoal, Caribbean, Lemondrop, Pink Sorbet, & Maraschino. There's a fabulous tutorial here for the box. Here's a more detailed shot of the top:

And here are all six tags. You can click on the photo to enlarge it and see the details.

I love tying these little 3x3 "cards" to gift bags, and love the fun look that the twine adds to everything. Now I have a great stash! These were so fun to make in the small size, I think I'll go make six more.

So, you know that The Twinery loves prizes! This week we're giving away THREE Original Sampler Packs to THREE winners!

All you have to do is leave a comment on each of this week's posts on The Twinery blog, as well as the two featured designers' blogs each day. Easy, right? And you have until 11:59 EDT on Sun May 20th, so what are you waiting for?! Winners will be announced on Tuesday, May 22nd on The Twinery blog.

You'll also want to check out Bella Blvd Studio Blog...not only are their designers amazingly talented, but a I hear they're giving away some prizes as well.

As always, thanks so much for stopping by...have a fabulous day!

You needn't look too far...stealing through the night's uncertainties...love is where they are...

Happy Friday, y'all! Thanks for all the love you left for me last weekend...I'm so thankful for your support. Today The Twinery and DeNami Design are teaming up to bring you some fabulous inspiration, and of course some awesome prizes!

If you arrived here via Paulina Nakamura's blog, then you're right where you need to be! If you stumbled upon the hop in progress, make sure you start at the beginning at The Twinery Blog. There you'll find the complete list of designers in addition to details about how to win some goodies from The Twinery AND DeNami!

Here's my card using Lemondrop & Lilac Baker's Twine along with the Spring Garden 1 Set and Thinking of You sentiment from DeNami Design (links at the end of my post).

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the sentiments from DeNami, not to mention their whimsical artwork. Paired with the bright, happy baker's twine and papers, this makes for a perfect card to brighten someone's day! Here's a closeup:

I colored the border images with Copic markers and cut out the scalloped edge by hand. The little circle under the button is also part of the set...so cute! I love how this card turned out, and the layout is perfect for scraps. Just might have to use it again!

Thanks so much for stopping by today, and if you're new around here, please come back sometime! Your next stop along the way is Wendy Elliot. Make sure you leave some love on your way through the hop for a chance to win some goodies!

To be eligible for prizes, all you have to do is leave some love on each participating blog on the hop. Deadline to leave comments is 11:59pm, EDT, Saturday, May 12th.  Winners will be announced on The Twinery Blog on Sunday, May 13th.

Have a fabulous day!

Joy is a flag flown high from the castle of my heart...

Hey, y'all...Happy Bellariffic Friday! I have another post for you today...this time with a peek from the Stamping Bella Release! I have the privilege of showing you Eloise is in Love...how cute is she??

You all know how I love my Chichiboulie Fairies, and this one is no exception. How adorable are those ruffled socks?? Here's a close-up of her:

I just loveyyy her! She was stamped on Bella's Bestest Paper and colored with Copics. I airbrushed the ground (pretend she is on a little hill...it's a bit crooked...) with W3 and then the rest of the background with a nice soft yellow (Y21). Then I cut and embossed the image with my Labels 8 Nestabilities and added a black mat (cut by hand). I gave the image a little OOMPH with some Glossy Accents on her shoes and flagpole, and some Diamond Stickles on her wings and a few details on the flag. The paper underneath her is from the Bella Blvd Flirty Collection, and I used my Martha Stewart Doily Lace Edger punch on the side layers. The final touch was a ribbon/bow combo with a GORGEOMALICIOUS Prima flower, sprayed with Oyster Glimmer Mist. Love that stuff!

So...are you ready to shop? Emily is still loading images, but they should all be up shortly! You can see the new January stamps HERE. Don't forget to check out Em's blog for all the entries and samples for Bellariffic Friday...lots of new stuff from the Babes in there! Have a great morning...see ya in a bit with some Verve stuff! MWAH!

I need something inspiring to help me get along, I need a little fabulous is that so wrong?

Happy Monday, everybody! I hope you had a fabulous weekend! We had a fun one...on Saturday we went to my nephew's 2nd birthday party...what fun! The boys really had a blast in the bounce house, and it was too cute watching Keegan eat his cake. Such a cutie! After the party (and a nap), I went to The Crafty Scrapper to play with some Maya Road goodies. I haven't crafted outside of my craft room in a long time...it was nice!

So, I have a couple of Bella cards to show you today. Hope you enjoy them!

I used Addy 'Tude and the Beauty is not Extravagance sentiment on this card, and a few Crystal Bon-Bons. The striped paper is one of my faves from Bella Blvd. I thought Addy needed some bling on her glasses, so I used my Tiara Glitz Stickles (could there be a better name???) on the frames, and Diamond Glaze on the lenses and her earrings. Fabulous, dahhhlink!

The next card is one I created for the CPS Sketch from this past week, where Stamping Bella was the sponsor. Loved this one, Tami!
I used Charlotte Ketto on this one...lovey her! Oh, and more Crystal Bon-bons. *grin* I couldn't resist this Urban Prairie paper from Basic Grey to go with it...yummy! There are also a few accents of Diamond Stickles on her purse and dress.

Well, I'm headed out, thanks for coming to visit me today! Have a wonderful day!

Gotta make a move to a town that's right for me...town to keep me movin' keep me groovin' with some energy...

Morning, y'all! Happy Friday!! This week, Dana issued the Bellariffic Friday challenge, which was to make a birthday card! Hmmm...I can do that! There's always room in my stash for more birthday cards.

The used Amy's layout from this card...that girl has some smoking card layouts! WOW! For the main panel, I stamped Birthday Cake with a Stella In It in Black Stazon on watercolor paper and colored her with reinkers and a waterbrush. I cut and embossed her with my Rectangle Nestabilities and added a Chocolate mat. The white card base measures 5 1/4" square, so I added a 5" Kraft square as my base panel. Then I layered a piece of Baja Breeze cardstock with Chocolate and rounded the bottom right corner. The next layer is a piece of Bella Blvd striped paper, layered with Chocolate and Pumpkin cardstock, with a scalloped edge. Next I added the strip across, which is Chocolate Chip cardstock topped with 1" wide Baja Breeze ribbon. I popped up the main image panel (I used a bazillion and one dimensionals on this card, I think) and adhered the circle with the happy birthday sentiment stamped on it to the top right corner. To finish it off, I added Diamond Glaze to Stella's lips, Diamond Stickles to her wand and tiara and candle, and Liquid Applique to her cake. The final final touch were some Light Cocoa Glitter Dots...I think I have a new obsession...

Yes, a little much, a little over the top. You can't imagine how much this card weighs! But I love it. *sigh*

Now, on the total OTHER end of the spectrum, I have a clean and simple card to show you. I made this one for yesterday's Ways to Use it challenge on Splitcoast. Julia's challenge was to use Kraft cardstock. (yeah, not much of a challenge for me...shhhh)

I stamped Daisybella in Memento Tuxedo Black on Neenah Solar White cardstock and colored her with Copic markers. Using my Oval Nestabilities, I cut and embossed the image and added the Just a Note sentiment with my Stampamajig. I added some Diamond Stickles to the flower on her shirt and in her hair, and adhered a Goldfish Bauble to the center of her daisy. The Banana piece was embossed with the Paisley Embossing Folder, then I added a red layer just large enough to show under the oval image. I added some white taffeta ribbon around the card base, then popped the main image up on dimensionals. Three small Light Cocoa Glitter Dots finished off the bottom left corner.

Well, that's about it for me today! Don't forget to check out Emily's Blog for more eye candy and a chance to win some Bella Bucks. Have a Bellariffic Day!

I decided to ink up Suzette Ketto for this challenge...I love her!

Isn't she BEEYYYYYYOOOOOOOOOOOTIFUL? I stamped her in Brilliance Graphite Black on Neenah Classic Crest Solar White cardstock and colored her with Copic markers. Then I cut and embossed her with my new Labels Four Nestabilities. This stripey paper from Bella Blvd was a perfect match, and the You Color My World sentiment is one of my new favorites. A little glitter on the flowers and I called it done!
