Had to try my hand at making a little PITY ELLYFONT !   He is a cutie and I love all the old soft vintage toy colors on this piece....he even comes with the vintage pincushion to sit upon.  Lots of little details & vintage trims on this set.

This time I did a Boston Terrier breed in the Pity Puppy Series even though the artist, Gig, never painted this type of dog....this little chap is my rendition of what he might have looked like if painted ......

NEW DESIGN--- the PITY KITTY CAT....

Well, you guessed it ! I had to tackle a Pity Kitty of course!   I just completed designing this Pity Kitty character in the painting from the retro 1960's artist Gig....really adore the why he came out.  I gave him TONS of details that are new to my pieces....like a tail and whiskers plus eyelids !!  This is my first Pity Kitty and last post I did my first Pity Puppy.....
I'm very pleased at how they have turned out and will be working on some more soon..... so stay tuned.

NEW DESIGN.....A 1960's RETRO Inspired Design!

Introducing my NEWEST DESIGN & creation..... the little Pity Puppy!  Inspired by the art of the 1960's artist Gig with his sweet big sad eye paintings of puppies & kitties!  I adore them so much that I had to make my own rendition of these characters.
Do any of you guys remember these prints?  I had some of them hanging on my walls when I was a little girl and also had the puzzles.

You can see I did this chap from one of the prints....I think I captured him.  This piece is smaller than anything I have made in the past.  And has a ton of details such as eyelids and a much smaller snout and jowls, he even has wired ears plus I gave him a white pupil glare on his eye ;)  He is fully hardware jointed and is now available on ebay....3-day auction style .... NO reserve.  I tell you it is really hard to part with this little guy....you won't be disappointed in this piece!
