We love summer

We were so excited to have my sister and her family visit. That means cousins!!! We love cousins and family. We headed off to silverwood amusement park and had a great time!!

I sure do love that Haylee has a cousin the same age as her. These two little ladies have so much fun together (most of the time :)

And I'm glad Hunter has this little cousin, brandon, who is the same age as him. There isn't much communication between the two yet, but some day. Some day they'll be best buds. Not sure if these two made if off the ground. Hunter was trying really hard but not quite strong enough yet.

These two girlies stayed until the bitter end. The workers had to kick the girls off the rides at closing time. And they both crashed as soon as they got in the car on the way home!

He's 2 !!!!!

Dad also showed up with a new golf club for Hunter. Of course the first thing he did with it was start smacking his balloons with it. Boys!

We were lucky enough to have my sister and her family here with us for a few days. Birthday's are always more fun with lots of cousins around!!

Now he's off and running on his brand new red shiny bike!!!

It looks like a house

It's coming along, and it has been so much fun to watch!! We are getting so excited to actually live here instead of just visiting it all the time!

My little drummer boy

My little brother would be so proud that his nephew is into drumming!!

Hunter loves to hit things. He's a boy, all boy moms know this I'm sure. He'll just walk up to anyone and give them a big ol smack. It's how Hunter says hi. It's actually pretty cute, but Haylee is starting to get pretty annoyed that he's constantly walking up to her and hitting her. She is his favorite target. So we got him going on his drum instead.

sand, and mud, and water, oh my

My little Hunter is all boy!! ALL BOY! Its a lot of fun. And at times a little messy!! I've noticed the parks around here love to put sand pits in their splash pad parks. I try to avoid those at all costs. But this was a new park that just opened, we had to go check out. Of course, it followed suit and had mounds of sand next to the water. Ugh!! Dive in Hunter. He had a blast!!

Time for a shower to rinse off!!

At least Weston was there to do the cleaning up.

4th of July

We had such a fun fourth of July week. Weston's parents were able to come stay with us and we had a blast. We tried to pack as many fun things as we could into 5 days. Of course it started with a walk around lake coeur d'alene. So pretty. The next day on the fourth we started out with a pancake breakfast and then a parade.

I missed taking picture of the fireworks but we've all seen what they look like right?

The next day we went to a spokane Indian's game. The kids had so much fun and were spoiled by all the yummy treats grandma bought them. Then after the game the kids were allowed to run the bases. Haylee did awesome and the mascot even held her hand all around the bases. Why he picked Haylee out of the hundred kids I don't know, but she sure felt special about that. Hunter was in heaven. He ran around them as fast as his little legs would take him, and with a huge smile on his face the whole time!!

The next night we went to downtown spokane to ride the little rides they have at the park. Haylee looks thrilled to be going on the carousel.

Last night we even had a mini birthday party for Hunter. His birthday is in two weeks but we had to celebrate while Grandma and Grandpa were here. He was delighted with the motorcycle on top of his cake!!

In between we went hiking, walking, swimming, shopping, out to eat, lots of parks napping, and we we even managed to buy our first piece of furniture for our new house!! We had such a fun week. Thanks for coming Teuschers!!!!
