Framelit Birthday CAS152

For today’s SCS CAS  challenge, we were to use diecuts.  I had this card made as a sample for my club girls to showcase the new Framelits:

I am not really sure how CAS it is, but it certainly shows off the dies!  I made a frame using two consecutive dies and framed some Big Top DP to make this birthday card for a two-year-old.  I loved making this card because I got to use several different sets and products!!! 

To make the party had with its cute little pompoms,  I got to use Pennant Parade and its punch,  and the Timeless Type die for the number,  the floral punch from Itty Bitty Punch Pack, the Scallop Circle Punch and the 1 3/8” Punch and the Perfect Polka Dot Embossing Folder!

For the tag, I got to use Happiest Birthday Wishes, Itty Bitty Bits, and the Large Tag Punch! 

On the inside, I used the negative portions of the diecuts for my sentiment.  I love this effect!  Thanks for visiting today!

ColourQ18

Arielle from ColourQ once again asked me to be the guest designer!!! Woohoo!  Two weeks in a row!  The inspiration was so sweet, and I had so many ideas in my head, but I had limited supplies as I wanted to make this over the weekend while at the retreat, so I made do with what I had.  Here’s the CUTE inspiration (where does she come up with these?):

and since I did have my little Buttons diecut with me, I thought I’d make a flower from them, along with some other punches and embellishments:

This is a really bright card!!!  But I know my MIL will love it—she loves cheerful cards!  Be sure to check out Arielle’s ColourQ and play along too!

Color Throwdown #76

Tammy chose a real winning combination today for the CTD and I had a blast making my card!  Here are her color choices:

I rummaged through my Basic Grey papers and came up with an assortment, then found a lone piece of textured So Saffron, so I decided to use that for my base.  Added some fun embellishments and here it is:

I {Heart} My Friends

One of the greatest things about being a Stampin'Up! demonstrator is that I get to make cards for my friends who just happen to be my customers!

I made these two cards to send home with my customers' orders:

They're both basically the same, but I used two different heart diecuts for the Crushed Curry hearts. There is glitter on the smaller heart..... can you see it here? This was a fun, easy card to make....the colors are so bright & cheerful! Hope you enjoyed them and I hope my customers do too! And remember, today starts Sell-a-Bration as well as the start of the new Occasions mini catalog! If you'd like information on either of these, just shoot me an email!
