Around the World Congrats

DSCF3676

Happy dreary Thursday, peeps!  The sun has gone on vacation here in PA….lots of indoor activities this week!  I have gotten a late start this morning, and is anyone else having Feedly issues?  I know they had a problem, but I thought it was fixed; however, I am still not getting my feeds so I am missing everyone’s wonderful posts!  Anyway, I stamped instead of walking this morning (shame on me!) and made a graduation card for three challenges!  We’ve got the wonderful Colour Me…! challenge and the Freshly Made Sketches sketch from my sweet friend Linda:

as well as the Kraft Journal’s Just For Him challenge.  So here we go:

I just had to have this Around the World stamp set and I think I have used it only once or twice!  I thought it would be fun for a masculine graduation card!    I stamped the elements and cut them out, popping them up here and there:

And then, on the inside, I added a couple new sentiments from Something to Say:

Thanks for visiting today!

Of course, today, they’re being watered “naturally”!!!

PPA197 & CCMC296

DSCF1760

Yay, it’s Friday!  I am happy to have the weekend to look forward to!  Today’s card is for the Pals Paper Arts sketch from the talented Nicole:

as well as the intriguing color combo from Create with Connie & Mary:

One of my downline let me borrow her On Film Framelits, so I paired it with Around the World and  Petite Pairs to make a little friendship card, after seeing Ginger's beautiful card here:

I stamped my own DP with the camera images from Around the World, then I added a little “lens” on the diecut camera with the silver foil paper:

I added the sentiment on the inside with another little scallop of the foil, too:

This was an interesting color scheme as well as a fun sketch…hope you like it!

What starts out as an innocent coloring session:

turns into a case of blue hands…on paper as well as skin!

She likes it when I trace around her hands…but now she knows we have to do it with a PENCIL!  And I also see some on the floor…Magic Eraser to the rescue!  Enjoy your day!
