PP313 Autumn Wishes

KJ245 & LRW311
Happy Thursday, peeps! This card was sort of thrown together…it started out one way, then ended up totally different than I imagined. So anyway, now it’s a Thanksgiving card and it qualifies for the Kraft Journal’s challenge this week:
as well as Little Red Wagon’s tag challenge! So here we go:
I chose baker’s twine, stamped, and diecuts for my trio! The image is from My Creative Time called Just For You…a sweet bunch of seasonal sentiments perfect for a tag! The little acorn border is from Impression Obsession; the leaves are from SU’s Among the Branches; and the diecut leaves are from Lawn Fawn. I punched the tag with SU’s Scalloped Tag Topper and added some Cherry Cobbler thick baker’s twine:
The background is Unity’s Gurnsey Gingham, stamped in Versamark and touched up a bit with some chalk. I added a few sequins for a little sparkle! Thanks for checking it out!
A little raspberry delight!
Enjoy your day!

Home for Christmas
Hi, all! Hope you had a great weekend…and a belated happy Thanksgiving to my Canadian friends…I always forget when it is, I need to mark it on my calendar! My card today features no challenge, just something I came up with using a scrap of the CUTEST Christmas DSP ever, Home for Christmas! I had a workshop on Saturday and created this to highlight dry embossing as well as the DSP and the fun set, Among the Branches:
I just punched out this cute little guy with a circle punch, then added a scallop of red glimmer paper (cut from a scrap) behind him; added the Pool Party panel embossed with Lucky Stars EF:
and the simple sentiment, stamped in Real Red and embellished with some glimmer stars:
Simple, but I just love these colors together! Have a great day!
Some pumpkin patch fun this weekend:

Paper Players 265
Hi peeps! Time for another Paper Players challenge, with Joanne as our hostess! Here’s a theme just in time for the upcoming spooky day:
I think the Happy Haunting DSP is the cutest ever, so I pulled some of my favorite patterns out along with my Circle Card thinlet and created this spooky creation:
I used Among the Branches and Happy Scenes for my images and sentiments on the front, using Cool Cucumber as my accent color. I made a belly band with the CC Color Me Irresistible paper and added a little banner on top:
On the inside, I added a sentiment from A Little Something:
Fun! I know you’ll come up with a Halloween creation, be it spooky, scary, funny or cute! Share it with us at the Paper Players blog and be sure to check out the others’ creations as well:
Dana did this cool braid for Cassidy the other day! And just as a funny note, we were walking around our neighbor’s little pond the other day, waiting for the bus, and the water was quite green from the recent rain. Cassidy said, “It’s full of “owchie”…..(algae)! We had quite a giggle over that!
Enjoy your day!
