Affiliation procedure

Those organisations wishing to become members of the FIA are invited to download the affiliation application form below and to return it, completed and with the required documentation, to the FIA Administration.

Decisions relating to affiliation requests are made once a year by the FIA Ordinary General Assembly during its December meeting, upon recommendation of the World Motor Sport Council and/or the World Council for Automobile, Mobility and Tourism.

Only those applications duly completed and submitted by 31 May shall be processed by the Administration and submitted to the relevant bodies of the FIA for consideration in the same year. Requests received after this date will be reviewed in the following year.
