9.6 - Exceptional

I find this file very useful, even moreso than the other references and help files. While the other help files provided some faulty or incomplete information and the previous reference file provided no way except ctrl+f for searching for a command and its uses, this is just the opposite. I saw some new and updated information, but some of that was incomplete, which is part of the reason why I gave it a 9.6. Pretty soon, it will have to be updated again, when the Windemere Project is finally released, so I can't give it the best rating before it has everything.
