Monochromatic Challenge at Art Impressions

Hello Ai fans!

Welcome to our most recent challenge.

This one is called Monochromatic.

I'm the featured artist this time.

This is my first feature of 2025.

I made three monochromatic cards on the slightly smaller side.
Two of them are gift card holders.

My first one is a cute little floral card perfect for Valentine's Day, an anniversary, get well or just to say hello and I'm thinking of you.

My next two are both gift card holders created using the mini frame dies.

Perfect for a man or a woman. They're both "just" masculine and feminine enough.

These are great for winter birthdays, co-workers, kids, adults...whoever you need to give a little something to. You could also just add a personal note inside. Sometimes, that all the gift that someone needs.

I hope you'll all join our Monochromatic challenge. You may just be our next winner.

Cat Gift Card Holder Tag and GIVEAWAY!

Hello Ai fans!

There's still a couple days left to enter to win the 5341 – Black Cat GCH Set.
As you can see from my tag I've made, this set is NOT just for Halloween.

Traditionally you would use this set with the 5344 – Envelope GCH Set but here I've mounted it on 5132 – Tag Stitched Dies. I used 5562 – Journal Letter Die Set to spell my name out.

On the back I used a pocket from 5543 – Journal Template Die Set. You don't even need the pocket.  This would be a cute tag on it's own or the cat would be cute on a card front. My designer papers are from 5606 – Harvest Journal Paper Pack and 5742 – Easter Journal Paper Pack.

You can enter to win this die set below.

Monkey gift card holder from Art Impressions

Hello Ai fans!

Today I'm sharing a gift card holder with you.
I had a clear case from one of my kids iPods lying around so I decided to repurpose it.

I used the adorable  Owl & Monkey Mini Set (Sku#4405)
from the mini Front & Backs line.

I decorated the inside as well as the front.  You can see the backside of the monkey here.

The Congratulations verse is from Hats Off Set (Sku#4289).

I think this fun set makes such a cute gift and it's perfect for a girl or a boy!
My "little monkey" phrase was computer generated.

Caroling Tots and Girlfriends At the Movies DVD gifts

Hello Ai fans!

Have you been trying to think of a fun, cute gift that someone will get a lot of use out of?
I think I have the answer for you!

Today I'm sharing two DVD gifts with personalized covers to thrill the recipient of your gift!
As you all MUST know the big movie of the year was Frozen.  What child (or young at heart person) wouldn't love this movie?  I made a DVD "cover" instead of wrapping it or just throwing it in a gift bag.

My cover uses the ever adorable Tiny Tots! Caroling Tots (Sku#T3607)
The little snowflakes are also from Ai and are called  Tiny Snowflakes (Sku#H836)

I wanted to carry the Frozen theme throughout so I printed the verse from my laptop.

I created a little pocket on the back to add some sweet treats.

Here's a close up of the cute little tots.

Now...we can't let the kids have all the fun!
You must have some grown ups on your list as well.  I chose one of my favorites... Mama Mia.  My friend and I just LOVE to sing along to this movie.  (so do our 14 yr. old BFF daughters but this is grown up time!)

I used the Girlfriends At the Movies Set (Sku#4237) to decorate this cover.

I had the perfect paper pad to compliment this set.  It's the DCWV Performance stack and it's full of music and movie themed papers.

I made a fun little rosette to attach to the front.  I just thought it went well.  I also love stars and thought with the movie theme that stars would be perfect.  And of course they have to sparkle!

This is the back of it.

I popped up the girlfriends so that I could create a little pocket to put a movie gift card in.
It's a two-in-one gift!

Cupcake gift card holder

Hello Ai Fans!
Welcome to this week's challenge from Art Impressions!  This time around we're making "gift cards"... Cards that hold gift or CASH! Who couldn't use a couple extra bucks these days? It is nice to give a friend the option of picking exactly what they want! Also, cash cards are GREAT for the last minute gift. Always nice to have a couple extra cards for the, "Oh no, I forgot!" moments.
I've used the Cupcake Keeper set for my card.
It's part of Art Impressions Card Keepers line.

So...where's the gift card you ask?  It's right here, hiding in the cupcake.
What a treat!
