Bee Kind, ALWAYS!

 Hello Ai fans!

Today I'm going to ask you to BEE KIND...

ALWAYS

I used several sets on my card.  On the front I used
and

On the inside I used 5072 – Block Letters Die Set.

I've been a bee fanatic since I was a teenager.
I was so excited when I saw these little bees!
The possibilities are endless with these letter die sets.
You can create ANY words you want.  Another great thing is that
Art Impressions has a lot of international fans.  Unlike the sentiment stamps
which are all in English, they can create words in their native language for
friends and family.  So cool!

Enjoy your Sunday,  do something crafty and remember...
Bee Kind!

Hello Baby Boy Journal from Art Impressions

Hello Ai fans!

There's a new challenge on the Art Impressions blog called Dynamic Duo.
They want to see at least 2 stamp or die sets on your creation.

I used 9!  WHAT??  Yes,  9 different sets plus the new Bleed Proof White paint which is incredible!!
You don't need to be a watercolor artist to love that stuff!

I've been working on a baby journal.

Today I'll share my cover and the first two pages.

All products will be linked at the bottom of my post.

The little sheep is popped up on foam dots so the the clasp will close underneath him.

The decorative clasp dies are so pretty!  They're so ornate and just perfect for whatever journal you decide to make.

The back of my journal is the only page that I won't be "decorating" but with the back of the clasp it still looks pretty.

My first page has a pocket for a stat sheet about the birth of this baby boy.
I used a stencil to draw lines for my handwritten text which I erased afterwards.

Here's the insert out of it's pocket after I erased the lines.

This is the entire journal from the outside.

Here it is opened on the inside without any pages added yet.

This is my first added page so with the page on the inside of the front cover,  this is technically page 2.

I used the Bleed Proof White paint to add little dots on the fabric.

I haven't glued my page in yet because I need to decorate the back before I do that.
Stay tuned this Sunday to see the next two pages.

Art Impressions Proud Nurse

 Hello Ai fans!

I have an acquaintance that recently saw some RN cards that I shared on my Facebook page.

She has a niece that's graduating from nursing school at Penn State University and asked if I would replicate one of them in Penn State's blue and white colors.

This was her favorite design, so here it is in blue and white.

The stamps are all from 4899 – Proud Nurse Set.
I also used the 5063 – Rectangle A2 Double Stitched Dies.
The RN was cut using 5072 – Block Letters Die Set.

I hope her niece enjoys the card. Nurses are so important to every last one of us.
We need to show them that they're appreciated!

New Tool Bag from Art Impressions!

 Hello Ai fans!

Happy Easter everyone!

Have you all seen the amazing new releases at Art Impressions?

My panels were cut using the 5463 – Slimline Dies Set.

For my cards I used the new 5503 – Tool Bag and Die Set.
Isn't that bag adorable?!

I just love all of those tiny tools.
Though this makes a fantastic masculine card I also know some pretty handy women who would really enjoy this set.

I added some metal embellishments because I thought they went well with the tool theme.
NAILED IT was cut using 5072 – Block Letters Die Set.

I used a diamond plate embossing folder to add some texture.

Copics used:
Y15, R39, R56, BG18, T3, T4, N6,
E30, E37, E39, E43, E99
TT41 – TwinTone Marker – 41 Chocolate to add dots and # on the bags.

Congratulations Nurses!

Hello Ai fans!

My son has a friend that recently graduated as an RN.
These are 3 variations on the card that I made her.

I have used this set so many times!  I sent dozens of cards to medical personnel during Covid and have made many during my health battles over the last year as thank you cards.

The Band-Aid is one of my favorites in the set!  How cute!
My rectangles were cut using 5063 – Rectangle A2 Double Stitched Dies.

This set would be great paired with the 5332 – Health Mini Dies.

Here's my last card.  Although very similar, I made each card a little different because I like each one to be unique.

The insides of all three is the same.  I used two of the smaller images from the set as well as another sentiment.

My card also goes along with the recent Blog Hop that
Art Impressions sponsored for Women's Day.

to my significant OTTER! from Art Impressions

 Hello Ai fans!

Today I have a sweet Valentine's Day card to share with you.  I'll be showing you

how I made my sparkly XOs!

First I start with some double sided adhesive that I get at Scrapbook.com

Place the adhesive on your paper.  Die cut your letters out.

Peel off one side of the backing paper and place the letter over or in something because this will be messy!  I used my embossing tray.  Sprinkle your glitter of choice over the exposed adhesive.

I used tweezers to pick up the letter and shake off any excess glitter.

I glued my letter to my card and repeated the process 3 more times.

I used 5072 – Block Letters Die Set and 5117 – Valentine Critters Set on my card.

The hearts on the front are from 5223 – Bookmark Dies and 5317 – MB Template Dies.
On the inside I used 5133 – Flag Double Stitched Dies and 5132 – Tag Stitched Dies and more hearts from the bookmark set.

Here's a close up of the amazing sparkle.
How cute is that little grin on the otter!

Be sure to join the new challenge for your chance to win!!
