This just happened to a fren from FB... kesian sgt kat my fren pengantin baru sorang nie, tgh tunggu Tribunal Pengguna je to take action kat dorang nie.. Pengantin requested to help spread the news to all, untuk dibuat pengajaran and future b2bs to be extra careful...

To MR EYE LENS PHOTOGRAPHICK, sila lah jawab client berbayar u nie.. dont avoid dan lari dari masalah. Kalau ada problem atau terdelete memory photo dorang ke hape ke, inform la kat client. Jangan terlari2 avoid dan drag problem ni sampai ke sudah.. tak pasal2 effect biz u nanti..

Peliks kan, tengok works dorang ni boleh tahan, smart gak.. nama pun ok la familiar la jugak walaupon bukan nama besar.. tapi bila ada fren terkena camni, sorry la we have to spread the whole country to be extra careful..

Ni comment dari pengantin baru yang i LIKE.. Agree sangat2...

Sape2 yang ada berurusan or ada contact dengan dorang ni please lemme know ye.. Kot2 ada contact number lain ke, ape ke... Please help my poor fren to selesaikan masalah ini..

I think most of us mmg kenal Intan cos dia sgt2222 inspiring (dari segi her wedding, her business, her DIY stuffs), i would vote for her kalau ada award2 untuk b2b bloggers... ;)

Ok case dia camnie...ade la sorang hamba Allah nie, konon nak buat business handbouquet yg fabric tu... which sumer xkisah kan?nak buat, buat la kan? buuuuutttttt, dia ni bleh plak curik pic2 dari Intan kite ni, and also some dari Filmshotartifact, and claim it as hers..! Here's another bad review..huhuuu. dulu i ade share bad review pasal a few vendors kan HERE HERE HERE.. ni ha ade lagi satu nie nak share kat sini.. Ok ni actually happened to my dearest friend, she just got married few months back. Dia ngadu kat i about her pelamin vendor n ask me to spread the word. FYI dia bukan blogger, so im doing a favour as a blogger.

FYI, i bukan nak tutup periuk nasi org ye.. i post ni untuk pengajaran and untuk sumer awareness yer.. yeah i know nanti mesti yg xpuas hati ngan i, mcm aritu siap ade comment2 yg sgt manis mcm kucing tuhan la, ape la.. hahaa wat a loser.. xtau ke blogger ni bleh check ip every person yg comment? nak je mention sape yg comment2 tu tp xleh la kesian dia nanti kan..kang sumer tau perangai sebenar dorang kang lagi teruk plaks kan..sumer hilang respect/caci/kutuk dorang plak. i hope those people bleh la focus on their own/family/biz/wife/hubby/future child/child's life.. :) i cuma share ape yg org adu kat i, ape yg terjadik kat dorang..so? i membantu dorang.. xkan nak biar aje vendor2 tu buat bende sama kat brides lain? No no no.. i dunwan dat to happen yerr...

FYI lagi, blog post nie and my friend xboleh di saman yer sbb ini adalah aduan dari customer vendor itu sendiri, bukannye i main2 petik je vendor n kutuk hentam xtentu pasal without any ground facts. This really happens and bukan fitnah ke ape ye. contohnye kalau i buat post main hentam petik vendor X telah bunuh customer but the thing never happened, then baru la i bleh kene saman, paham? kapish? So i ni mcm kaunter aduan la yek? hahaaa... Vendor harus consider ini adalah luahan perasaan client yg tidak puas hati la, so vendor kena la terima and belajar dari kesilapan, or do something to make it up to the client? tul x? kalau ade vendor tu xnak terima ketidakpuashatian client n rasa dorang tu hebat dan perfect tu i xleh la nak cakap ape kan, giler perasan noks.. setiap org mesti ada buat mistake n mesti terima dgn terbuka la bila ade org comment/complaint ke ape kan..kankankan? ;p

1st time i jumpa "SI POLAN" time tue dia kerje under THEME OF QUE, and mase tue diorg buat exhibition dekat PAMERAN PENGANTIN DI MINES CONVENCTION.. we were amaze by the the backdrop yang QUE buat which was POKOK2 RANTING DI CAT PUTIH FULLS OF TEARDROPS AND CRYSTAL LIKE TINGY DANGLY ALL OVER THE POKOK..kebetulan QUE was not there, so i jumpa dgn SI POLAN.. POLAN was nice and time my mum tanye harge semua, my mum dah intrested bt i was a bit pricey and still cam pk pk lagi.. so i told my mum takper lah we wait for the next trip. If ada rezeki we meet em back.. end of 1st chapter..

2nd chapter we went for CONLAY PAMERAN PENGANTIN DI KARANG KRAF, tgh jalan2 tetibe jumpa SI POLAN, MY MUM TRUS STUCK AND TANYE PASAL BACKDROP HARITUE (referring to THEME OF QUE BACKGROUND) trus bukak harge and dia mintak 5k untuk pelamin nikah and backdrop untuk hightable..I SPECIFICALLY TOLD HIM WAT I WANT, WHICH WAS EXECATLY THE SAME AS THEME OF QUE PUNYER DESIGN TIME PAMERAN DKT MINES HARITUE.. he give his word he can do it.. so without any delay he said he can do it with 4K price.. so my mum put the deposit, by the time dia kasi resit, i was abit shock coz it was written there WEDDING MINISTRY... so i cam, ermm..u dah tak keje dgn THEME OF QUE EK?.. owh tak, i buat sendiri skrg tapi ada lah buat freelance dgn que..so dalam hati i dah terase cam tak sedap..but pk kan kite dah bayar rm500 deposit, i still rase they can deliver coz dia pernah keje DGN QUE..

chapter 3, to finalize everything, i have to meet him to finalize and let him see wat i want for the wedding deco, so i called him for meet up, itu pon i yang terhegeh2 call, coz to my understanding DECO PEOPLE NI BZ so its okey lah diorg lupe kan.. so i pon call and buat meet up, he insist for the meet up to be at his place which was IN KAJANG AREA,and i stay in pandan indah..i cakap why dont we meet up in PAPPA RICH SSF CHERAS, which in between, he said no, he will be at his place and convenience for him.. so okey, we drove all the way there to finalize stuffs..i printed out wat i want, i told him specifically wat i want, which is..

4th chapter, the day for meet up with the hall people, he said he got tings to do the day of the meet up, but i told him i got ur cheque and u better come, so he did come, and time dtg pon tak bawak apa2 pon, no sketch out noting, so i assume ur smart enuff to know wat i want d.. so by the time sampai sane and discuss dia cakap tak boleh bawak masok pokok pasal lift kecik..so i cakap..takper u boleh gune ranting, but make sure penuh mcm QUE PUNYER HARITUE..HE SAID..NO WORRIES BOLEH BUAT...

5th chapter,2 days before the event, my floor manager which was iqmal yang keje dgn COSRY, dia suggest me to take his bantal nikah and tempat letak hantaran, i cakap, takper lah iqmal, my deco people bawakan.. tapi i pon cam tergerak ati tanye si polan, i nak tanye bantal nikah and tempat letak hantaran tue u bawak kan nanti.. lame tak reply ...iqmal insist i amik,gune tak gune belakang cite, bawak jer..5min lepas iqmal hang up, si polan msg i cakap..OWH TEMPAT LETAK HANTARAN TUE WE ALL GUNE PASAL ADA EVENT LAIN, AND BANTAL TUE TAK SEMPAT NAK LARI KAN UNTUK EVENT LAGI SATU.. I CAKAP UPON AVAILABILITY KAN?.. MAYBE U SHLD USE OTHER OPTION.. how lucky i am to ask the idiot, if iqmal didnt ask me, i would have just put hope on that idiot and kosong jer lah kan semua..

FINAL DAY, he suppose to call the hall people to know what time his coming coz nak bawak lori, tapi he didnt call, bile i push baru nak call.. fine dia cakap dia dtg pkl 10, okey lah tak kesah kan.. so we waited to 10 no one came, 11 lagi lah takder, 12 bile i msg cakap u dkt mane?.. kiteorg dah nakbalik, u better call the hall people bagi tau u masok lambat. dia call cakap owh kiteorg tgh anta barang dkt puspanita u balik dulu, nanti kiteorg settlekan..okey nikah i pkl 2 tgh ari and my reception start at 6pm same day.. dah taknak pk i balik hotel, and turn out they sampai hall at 5am anta barang, and pkl 10 still tgh buat tempat pelamin nikah..apa rase u kalau as a bride, time rehearsel tue pelamin tak siap lagi?.. amazing kan?.. and as soon i step on the SO CALL FINISH JOB OF HIS..THIS WAT I GET

im so blessed with good friends, so they are the one yang lari pergi beli lantern, abg cd scrap of the backdrop from nikah and touch up semua bende dkt AREA HIGHTABLE.. i rase sebak bile pk kan, if only i dont have good friends around, i would ended up wiith ONE HUGE WHITE BACKDROP WITH NOTING..

last few days he msg me and ask bout the balance, me as an angry bride, i told him wat he had done.. and he called me the next day but i cant bare to pick up his call, i ask H to pick up and tell him off.. cakap cara mcm ni ker ko buat rezeki and duit tue mmg tak halal kalau ko buat keje mcm ni.. he did called my mum and ask is it tru my mum tak halal kan duit yang my mum bayar..WTF..IS THAT THE MOST IMPORTANT TING FOR U TO KNOW?..

I COULD HAVE DONE WORST TINGS TO HIM LIKE SUE HIM OR WAT SO EVER, BUT I TAKNAK BENDE NI MELERET COZ DIA PON BARU SETAHUN JAGUNG BUAT BUSINESS.. but honestly i hope TUHAN YANG BALAS U DGN APA YANG U DAH BUAT, JANGAN JANJI ORG BENDE YANG U TAK BOLEH BUAT, AND SELALU BERKEJER DGN HATI YANG IKHLAS AND BUAT SEPENUH HATI, dan penuh adab, it shows in ur work if u did it opposite. - transportation charges pergi balik dari puchong ke maju junction lori 3tan rm560 (rm200 pergi + rm200 balik +rm70 untuk 2 pekerja angkat barang level 10 ( ha'a i punye tempat tue takder lift kene charge org angkat ranting2 yang berat tue)

-tambah perkerja saya setup n bunga rm100x4 org = rm400

-kain backdrop (new) 2 roll x70m xrm3 = rm420..

so total 3190..

(teror kan decorater i kire2, dia boleh bajet sampai tinggal rm10 jer dari i bayar rm3200 tue.. pastu untuk dia rm800 jer..wahhh.. baik hati kan dia buat keje untung banyak tue jer..)"

So wat do u think? patutkah bride ni ngamok pasal dis matter? patutkah bride ni rasa tidakpuashati dgn matter ni? should this vendor be given a second chance? it's up to u to decide whether this vendor should be given a second chance onot.. i jadik org tgh jer about this matter.. tapi ikutkan mmg rasa geram kot cos my friend yg terkena ni.. kalau i lagi la mesti godzilla trus depan org okeh. i cuma boleh belajar n avoid from this kinda thing happen la..

ok tu jer.. nanti nak share bad review vendor lain plak.. this one baru betul happened to me, rasenye ramai yg tau pasal case ni..cuma i xshare kat blog lagi.. but tgh tunggu jer ni, kalau betul xdpt pape i akan post pasal dia kaw2 punye..skang ni masih boleh bersabar n cool lagi..

Okeh mari kita menghangatkan lagi suasana monday yg blues nie dengan another entry yang agak hot... huhuhu.. U guys remember my last entry (HERE) about designer yg ehem2 tu? ikutkan mcm da malas nak post pasal ni, tp kak jumie mintak respons kan so okaylah, rajinkan diri sendri untuk up-kan new post pasal issue nie... ;p haha.. FYI for those yg xtau, kak jumie pun ada post pasal issue ni (HERE).. syok tau baca blog kakjumie nie..kelakar! hehe..

After i posted the entry (HERE), mmg byk gile kot yg comment...ada yang agree dgn i, and ada yg xagree dgn i....and ada yg mangsa sendri yg comment okeh.. xpe kisah, cos bagi i everyone's entitled to their own opinion and views.. but to me, yg backup dia tu maybe bukan bride so dia xtau ape perasaan brides..yg tau nak backup je sbb kenalan/kawan dia... and ada jugak bukan kenalan that designer pun but they have a personal vendetta against me..hey i have IP tracker guys! hyeeee..! *wave hand* nice to meet UOLS!! :D

Okay sambung, so one day i received a comment from the designer himself... Quite shocked cos xsanka my post ni sampai ke dia jugak, well network dia kan agak besar..including frens from publishing companies and so on.... Thank you so much for your comment.Seriously tak sangka u berani untuk memohon maaf secara terbuka. It is very brave and very professional for you to stood up and make a public apology. I respect your action and hope others do too.. Maybe it is better if you post your public apology kat ur blog n facebook? Just my opinion..

If you ask me (if im ur past client) "Do you deserve a second chance?" My answer is NO... (sorry!). Because u dah menganiaya brides yg da menaruh harapan kat u untuk buat baju for their big day..because brides da bayar u untuk siapkan baju.. because they have to wait 4u in front of ur house berjam2 semata2 nak dptkan baju.. because dorang da laburkan duit dorang untuk dptkan dress untuk u (xkisah la kalau rate murah but it's still money).. because dorang STRESS dan menangis sbb tak dpt baju.. because dorang xpuas hati dgn outcome (yg mane sempat siap).. because u made them worry and terkejar sana-sini semata2 untuk carik baju ganti kat butik2 lain.. because they TRUST u and u dah menghampakan dorang.. i pun xnak explain lagi cos i cuma menyampaikan n mewakili mangsa2 je... i think u urself tau kan kesalahan u.. It is the past clients decision to maafkan u and bagi u second chance atau x... 

If yes, Alhamdulillah.. If no,i rest my case to you and ur past clients tu... maybe u shud make it up to them..

 BUT..

If you ask me "Do you deserve a second chance?" My answer, YES.. BUT, provided u have to prove to us first and make sure janji2 u kat atas tu ditunaikan... U have to gain our trust.. All of us (including me dulu) sgt takut nak hire sbb takut tak dpt baju, face problems, and all the dramas.. So it's still too early for me (and others) to give you a second chance. Since u mentioned u dah ada manager, i guess all should be in order now.. We are looking forward for good reviews from current+future clients and hoping no more dramas in the future. 

Anyways, all the best to you NIK ERWAN ROSELI..! Please make us believe that you're a good designer (you ARE before-based on ur works awal2 dulu). I do believe you can do it and hope u can maintain your credibility, professionalism, and your status as 5stars designers...

 i have heard and received soooo many complaints from brides and bride's frens about his bad service, bad works,lambat, bad execution, bad EVERYTHING..!!!! i dont know why he is in the 5Stars group.. i dont how he became a designer in the first place... This guy fucked up really bad..imagine brides TAK DAPAT LANGSUNG BAJU DIA???? IMAGINE DIA TERLUPA NAK BUAT BAJU TU? IMAGINE DIA TERLUPA NAK BUAT TUDUNG BRIDE TU? IMAGINE DIA TERJUAL BAJU YG BRIDE TU DA BOOK? IMAGINE DIA BOLEH BUAT BAJU TAK IKUT DESIGN & COLOUR YANG BRIDE DA CONFIRMKAN? IMAGINE BAJU MELAYU SGT CIKAI MCM BELI KAT KEDAI? IMAGINE FITTING SESSIONS ASYIK2 TUNDA? IMAGINE YOUR BAJU XSIAP2 ALTHOUGH U DA JUMPA DIA ALMOST 8MONTHS AGO? eee macam2 lah... 

so many dramas and problems if u hire this guy...I dont get it why he stills accepting jobs if he knows he cant deliver and have no time to do the baju?? Kalau untuk artist2 wow bukan kemain lagi, tapi untuk your paying customers apsal camni? people are getting married for god's sake. i seriously dont know what's his problem sampaikan byk giler masalah...

I mmg bengang n marah dia buat camni kat brides yg da bayar kat dia, and dia xdeliver.. wtf man? orang nak kawen and u sabotage her wedding u tau x? Ramai gila yg i kenal (yg xkenal pun ada) shared me their unfortunate stories dealing with HIM. I dont care to post his name here. I dont care to make a bad review on HIM. I dont care because he deserved it..

 I know after this post, mesti ada yg backup this damn designer and kutuk i or watever. who cares??! THIS PERSON FUCKED UP BIG TIME and messed people's wedding..! he spoiled people's dream.. that's why!! Everyone must know wat he did to these poor brides... Maybe dulu2 he was good, but makin lama makin teruk...people yang nak backup dia ni MUST THINK FIRST, if you were the bride and your designer FUCKED UP YOUR DREAM DRESS, how would you feel? do you still nak back him up?

    hi beb :) i reallly can feeel you dear! what a tragic. I was one of his client. and my dress not turn soo good as well..this happen a week before my wedding..A WEEK!!!

    The first stage was went sooo well.. first fitting ok..i love the dress so much (as he dont put any bead lagi + the cutting was so cantik and fit me well).

    i nak my beading pink+lilac+pearl ckit. and my second fitting was horror. my beading color grey!!!! and the beading sgt subhanallah!!!!!!!!! horror n horror! hihi..tp i cool jer.. i cakap u salah color nih Nik.. dia replied ok ok i ubah..i lupa!!(padahal dah tulis dalam receipt i nak bead color ape kan) huhu..

    so i bg dia masa 2 hari utk baiki balik, ok dia baiki with pink+lilac beading..bead sgt tak cantik..bead murah kot dia guna.. and beading sgt takde seni!!!!! so lagi seminggu beb.. i tak boleh tunggu.. i coool jer..i nak nangis sebenarnye..tapi i tahan sebab i taknak negative element in my mind before wedding and nak save my energy not to complain so much on the baju!.. so i ambil that baju and send to dzull classique.. baju I dzull buat sehari je ok beading tuh.. bead penuh giler dekat veil i...n dekat baju..i respect giler with SATU HARI PUNYA WORK!!!!! ..

    so my suggestion:
    for you dear..i rasa better you ambil baju u balik. why?? sebab designer is an artist. orang2 art nih hati kena ikhlas n tenang so that they can express their art on the baju. hati tak ikhlas + tenang baju tuh tak cantik!! esp bila u dah sms dia mcm tuh kan.. mesti dia geraaam ngan you. to be safe..ambil balik baju tuh..hantar to designer lain..

    Hey Elly, I somehow stumbled upon your blog and I read your post on this designer. I was so shocked to read that the designer that you meant is NIK ERWAN ROSELI!I was even more surprised when so many readers commented the same thing!Ok, I'd like to share my story with all of you.

    I asked him to do my annual dinner dress when I was at my final year. (luckily not my wedding gown!)This was 3/4 years ago when he was still studying at UiTM. I met him and told him how I wanted it to be and he sketched me a draft. A few weeks after that, he came over to my house for fitting. The dress was ok but I was not really happy with a few things like the dress was way too tight and the finishing wasn't that neat. I asked him to mke some alteration to the dress,he jotted down and he said he will come back 2 weeks after that. During that time, the artist+designer in M'sia was busy preparing for ABPH that was held at Genting. So when I called him after 2 weeks, he said that he FORGOT about it and was BUSY doing baju artist for ABPH. Can you believe it?! (I taula I'm not an artist, tak glamer & tak masuk paper) I gave him some more time for him to alter. And when he came, he gave me the dress without me checking the dress(stoopid of me in trusting him). So when I went back, to my horror, he DID NOT EVEN DO ANY ALTERATION TO MY DRESS! I was sooOO piss..because I had told him to mend it so long ago&so many times.

    I straight away SMS him telling him that he didn't alter my dress,he said he FORGOT and he said will PAY BACK RM50 for not doing so(I paid him fully already).

    People, I would like to inform that UP TO DATE HE HAS NOT GIVEN ME THE MONEY. It's not so much of the money coz it's only RM50, but it's the principle. He took my money without doing anything. Know this people, orang macam tu will not last long in this field and takkan berkat use our money!

    Thank you for sharing your story with us..I really hope your dress will turn out well.If I were you,I'll be so scared.

    mine was okay sbb i cakap wed i tu on march..sbnrnye april...that part i dah safe la..

    tapi i ada send baju customer i...7bulan..sampai 2 hari nak kawen tak siap!!!panjang cite dia..ngn beeds takde..kain satin biasa..kasut draft lain jadik lain..sakit hati i..

    ape pon i advice kan..carikla yang betul2..sumtime org takde nama pon buat baju nice2 juge :)

    Tapi nak komen sebab tak nak bende yg sama jadi kat orng lain.

    OMG!!! I should have stumbled accross this blog 6-7 months ago! I know I'm one year late...but I would also like to add testament that Nik Erwan Roseli sucks!

    Unfortunately for me, I hantar BOTH my wedding dresses to him. MasyaAllah...BAD EXPERIENCE to the max!

    Hantar baju lambat gilaaaaaaa eventho I dah jumpa dia 5 months b4 the wedding. Long story short, baju nikah i dia buat guna kain orang lain and design lari gila! I suruh dia cari balik kain I and buat balik, and it was 2 nights before the wedding! Can u imagine? And my reception dress i suruh beading full, pukul 12tgh hari on the day of the night reception dia hantar gambar dress I beading jarang2 and BURUK gila! Menangis gila I!!!!!!

    Tapi, maybe luck was on my side, he managed to send the 2 dresses in time, walaupun 1-2 jam b4 the event started...and both turned out nice...tapi kalau tgk dekat2 and in detail, workmanship tak neat langsung! beading murah! I bayar dekat dia mahal kot, my MUA pun kata mahal!

    SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!

    I bukan nak tutup periuk nasi orang, but, if u want to avoid drama on the most happiest day of your life, AVOID him!

    the story is, i beli his baju from The Old Blossom Box. Apparently his doing this collaboration with OBB kot. I tengok kat online, and it was super cute, the design. So I order la satu, RM300 ok. And bile dapat, masyaAllah....macam khemah lepas kene ribut. bile i sarung kat badan nampak mcm badut ok! workmanship sangat la cincai lagi mcm haram, tak cantik langsung! i was like, baik i jahit sendiri lagi cantik kot! ni mcm budak tadika nk bwat projek skolah utk costume halloween! mcm gampang betul! anad the kain also kain murah....i ingatkan harga mahal kot la nak guna kain cotton japanese ke, tapi ni kain cotton kat kedai cina yg harga RM4 semeter tu! gile ke ape? The OBB owner Jezmine promise to contact me after raya to solve this problem, so I guess I just wait patiently till 5 Sept. But reading all of your comments, I think I shouldn't put my hopes too high! Damn this Nik Roseli...my RM300 burn and I have to buy another baju raya! Coz I cant bear to wear 'That' for my raya, too buruk! what a rubbish!

    When I was reading your entry at 8pm, sebenarnya at the same time I was waiting for this so-called designer to come. Janji 9pm, finally he came at 3.30am!!!!!! Yes, NO KIDDING!! I remembered masa 1st fitting, it was done at 1am...MasyaAllah, this so-called designer really messed up everything and for god's sake my wedding is this saturday 26th. I dah habis bayar like 4 months ago, and I booked him in March. Ya Allah, I can only keep praying and praying.......All his perangai u listed 80% jadi to me. Tadi pun he came my reception dress still kosonggg... No lace patches n beadings..... No veil, no tudung, no heels yet as promised...Sedey sgt :(

COMPLAINTS ON VENDORS (PART I)

Salam hi all...

*WARNING* super duper long entry sampai lutut lemah.. T_T
*tatapan untuk time long lunch break and time solat jumaat.. ;p hehe..

Today i wanna share a few stories and experiences, which i have received a lot from brides since the first i started this blog... First, im so thankful i've met sooo many people and brides yang sudi berkawan ngan i.. zaman dulu2 mane la ade org nak pm/msg/email u "hi salam selamat berkenalan..im ur silent reader,blabla" and so on.. skang ni, kalau bukak je FB, kdg2 lebih 10 private messages from brides yg silent reader,follower yg nak berkawan ngan i.. oh terharu..*sobs*

And everytime i receive these emails/pm like these perasaan tu rasa berbunga2.. mcm bercinta pulak kannnn... haha ;p  im happy dorang share their wed preps and i share mine too.. and also byk gak yg tanya about vendors and ask for reviews and suggestions. Im so flattered okeh.. I wud be soo happy to help :) And also, ramai new friends approached me and luahkan their bad experience to me..which is good, cos kite dpt tau which vendor to avoid kan.. :)

Again, i seriously rasa terharu sgtttt222... thank you my readers,silent readers, blogger frens, BBF frens, all bride-to-be,ex brides, and non brides (pun ada) yg sudi read and drop by my blog yg xseberapa nie..u all rawk!! :) *big group hug*

Ok let's start..among all bad reviews and experiences i received..these 3 yg forward kan dulu.. im not gonna comment anything kay, cos it's up to you to decide to hire them onot.. I pun actually da hire and confirm booking with one of these vendor.. So ntah la, kite just doakan2 rezeki kita baik when our time comes.. lain orang lain rezeki kan? ;)

Tu pun, yg u tgk tu, my family dah gubah balik. It was really sucks that night. Silap I satu je. I tak amik gmbr benda2 yg dia bg tu, before my family alter. Pelamin dia tu just besi yg dia letak kain langsir tu, then platform, flower stand, bunga 2, kerusi. Tu je. My aunty tgk, dia kata, klu mcm ni, lebih baik dia yg buat. Lg cantik. Klu u tgk keje S ni, mcm keje yg mmg sgt mengaut untung berkali2 ganda!

    1. dia mmg takkan dtg jumpa u, u kena dtg jumpa dia for any discussion. i dtg jumpa dia 3 kali before the event, all the way from bangi to setapak. tp dgn kwn i, dia boleh pulak g jumpa kawan i. maybe nasib i tak baik kot. masa i dtg jumpa dia tu, my parents n i waited for her for about an hour. dah la da lambat, hari keje lak tu, kul 11pm tak abes bincang lagi. kedai tu dekat dgn umah dia, senang la dia ckp. inconsiderate tul.

    2. ptg sebelum majlis, dia call i ckp tak boleh nak bagi i orchid spt yg i mintak, dia kata nak ganti dgn bunga palsu - hydrangeas. dia kata orchid tadek season, which is sangat penipu. sbb i tanya que rafael, dia kata, ingat musim durian ke? ada musim2. bunga2 ni semunya kena tempah awal2.

    3. dia kata i TIPU venue. eh hello, takkan la nak tipu rumah kat mana kot??? actually, dia yg salah paham. i ckp kat dia, i nak jumpa dia kat ampang sbb i nak pegi rumah kawan i kat situ. tp dia yg salah paham. dia ingat i kata rumah i kat ampang. actually, dia tau rumah i kat bangi sbbnya dia dah kata dah ada transport charges kat i. logik tak dia kata dia tak ingat i kata kat bangi? pastu i mintak dia waive kan transport charges tu. itu pun dia marah2. dtg pun naik kete wira bodoh ok? duit minyak pegi balik pun baru rm30. nak charge sampai rm100.

    4. mlm tu, janji nak anta kul 8pm, tak sampai. ckp kul 9pm sampai, tak sampai, kul 10pm sampai, tak sampai, kul 11pm pun tak sampai2 lagi. call2, tak angkat.. macam org gila i call dia. angkat ikut suka hati dia. dia tak ckp pun. laki dia yg ckp. kononnya2 dah grk kul 10pm td. guess what? sampai kul 12.30am. sedara mara i semua dah balik.

    5. bunga hantaran. guess what? bg hydrangeas hidup. dan i dah bgtau dia dah hantar kek secret recipe, guess what? dia anta DULANG KOSONG SHJ! tadek bunga, tadek apa2 langsung.
    dia kata i tak bgtau dia, PENIPU. i dah bgtau awal2 kot. dan hantaran dia tu, dia tak buat kan pun. u tau tak? dia ada satu riben bodoh kaler pink kecik, dgn riben tu la ikat kain i, ikat perfume i, mmg keje orang bongok. i mmg tak tdo malam pk mcmana nak buat dgn perfume tu, dgn kain baju tu. seb baik i ada kotak sendiri dgn bekas kek yg cantik. and sirih, dia main cucuk2 je. mmg tak cantik lgsg. kitorg bukak n alter balik.

    6. she never turn up. dia tak dtg langsung pun malam tu. i suh adik dia call dia and i talked to her. i yelled at her and she yelled at me back.

    7. NO HANDBOUQUET!!!!!!!!!!!! my friend ckp kat adik dia, esok pagi tu, anta la handbouquet tu, tak baik menganiaya org mcm ni, mmg jangan harap la kan????

    8. pelamin. dia ikat langsir belakang tu pakai riben bodoh pink yg kecik tu. mana la sesuai. haih.. dia claim, i tak bgtau dia i nak riben besar. common sense kot? btw, dia bukan bagi 2 vase. dia bg 4 vase. tp tak sesuai letak tepi pelamin. kecik je nmpk. dan dia janji nak bg pasu lain, dapatnya pasu lain. dia bg pasu tu kat org lain sbb i tgk blog dia, dia ada upload gambar wedding yg dia buat pada hari itu.

    9. pulang dulang. i tak pulangkan dulang dia sbb i nak dia dtg and say sorry to me, instead, dia arahkan i suh anta dulang tu kat umah kawan i (sbb masa tu dia tgh wat pelamin kat umah kawan i). sampai ke sudah i tak buat. my dad called dia pun, dia tak angkat, my dad sms pun, dia tak reply. but in the end, i tak nak amik harta bodoh dia tu, i pun anta la gak kat umah kawan i tu. quess what, dah 5 bulan dah, tak amik pun dulang tu kat umah kawan i.

    10. mintak duit. i dah byr dia RM1350. total package rm1500. pastu dgn muka tak malunya, mintak balance rm150 lg. hello, handbouquet aku pun tadek, hiasan kek pun tadek, sireh wat mcm bodo, ada hati nak mintak balance.

nasib baik la sgt2, i have family and friends that can alter what she has done to me that morning. kul 6am, my mum kuar g cari bunga, and my friend datang buatkan my handbouquet.

    i silap masa tu tak ambil gambar apa yg dia buat utk i. sbbnya bila i cite2 kat org, org kata i yg cerewet. tp kalau org ada kat tmpt i, baru dia akan faham. malam tu, yg menjd saksi, my mum, my dad, my aunty, my uncle, my best friend and her hubby. tu je.

    for me, S SUCKS ALL TIME and dia buat i sgt phobia nak amik pelamin yg biasa2 ni... wedding i nnt, sama ada buat sendiri atau que rafael yg buat wpun que sgt mahal.. :(

    itu la tu.. maybe itu la malang nasib i, terkena dgn dia. masa my frens wedding tu, dia cepat2 nak cabut bunga padahal photographer tgh duk sebuk2 nak amik gambar pengantin. bodo gile. i mmg takkan recommend dia to anyone.

    dan... nak dijadikan cite, mmg ada a few of my frens yg came to me and said, "na, rupa2nya kawan aku penah terkena dgn S ni dulu". so, i pun terkena..

as for M.. altho untuk artist2 nmpak super-gojes...tp dorang lambat giler bagi album.. i ada blogger fren, hired M paid almost 5k, and da kawen 5months xdpt2 album..da call2 pun stil sama..haish.. so to me, not recommended... better hire danial zain ke, thephotographer ke, ahmad fairus ke..harga i think less than M but so far sumer i kenal recommended dorang and album dpt cepat..

hahaha.. boleh, silakan.. my mum ckp kat que, "she's one crazy girl"... and dah lama my mum suh letak kan kat fb, tp fb i bukannya byk b2b pun. so no point. at least bila dah letak kat blog u tu, tadek la org terkena dgn dia. tapi kalau u byr dia byk, dia ok la kot.. so utk yg agak2 budget rendah ni, tak payah la nak hire dia. dia tak akan dtg pun utk tgk pelamin u. kalau cantik, cantik la. kalau buruk, terima la as it is. dulu b4 i bertunang, i selalu have an idea, dia akan dtg umah, buat hantaran kat umah, then kalau tak cantik, tambah2 bunga ke bg cantik. tp sorrry ok.. jgn harap! eiiii.. tp ingat rm1500 tu murah ke dgn hasil keje dia tu? haish!!!
let say pasni ada org kata i tipu ke (mana la tau kan) , i can swear to God that this is what had happened to me. and i'm sure God will punish her to what she had done to me. huhuhu.. world is round kan?

i bukan nak memburukkan but as a new bride i faham perasaan kita. i x letak high expectation pun but i mmg x suke bila janji dtg kul 12.30 dtg kul 3pm..dahla tue..i yg telefon tanye dia kat mana...bukan dia yg call ckp dtg lambat..lepas tue i kasi nombor dia kat my bro inlaw sbb nak siap2...my bro in law..dia x angkat2..arghhh geram bile pikir balik....

3 video kan package tue...
1. save the date ( ini i tukar kepada video montaj to show during reception)
2 nikAH ( i buat kat rumah)
3 reception..(i buat kat dewan hotel)

i also added a service of live video feed service for nikah and reception ceremony>>.2 lcd screen plus 1 camera so dat org kat luar bole tgk the nikah/sanding ceremony (coz jemputan i is 500ppl for nikah/sanding) rm2500 - (dia mintak deposit rm1k, i said ok but give me an invoice but she never gave me one..i siap remind her 2 days before event...ckp give me invoice now..so i can transfer, she said ok but never gave one sampai the day, so i x byr deposit la...sbb pk maybe after both function i akan byr)
and this service i tanye dulu (2 kali ok!) bole buat ke x...kalau x bole ckp awal2...i xmo ade hitch coz mmg ade a diff company untuk buat live stream but  since dia pun dok buat video i thought maybe lagi senang la..dia bole coordinate semua video skali....

1. Montaj / save the date video..
dia kata nak buat video kat subang airport sbb nak backdrop aeroplane..okla x kisah hentam ajo...
dia kata dtg kul 2.30... kul 2.15pm ( i dah otw ok) dia call kata lambat...(hishhh geram ok) i pun still cool la..xpe...sbb biasal org janji melayu(i x ok..heheh) kul 3 ade a guy call ckp dia dah sampai...i ckp sape nie?..dia kata dia videographer yg nak shoot....i pun heran, i ckp mane Y...dia kata syg sub kat dia untuk shoot video...pastu i call Y...dia kata mmg org lain shoot dia akan edit..i ckp i x kesah but please tell me in advance. so oklah sampai kat subang airport..tungu dalam setengah jam..tetiba videographer yg kitaorg jumpa tue ckp x bleh nak shoot sbb org yg patut tlg diaorg tue dah xde so xleh shoot kat dlm airport...so ke shoot curilk2 kat dlm airport tue..(nasib baik xde org tegur or halau ok! (my tunang marah gak sbb dia x suka org yg disorganize nie...nak buat kerja have to have the proper timetable..kalau tahu xbley ckp awal2...then can pk tempat lain)

2. Nikah
i dah ckp awal2 i nikah kul 3pm..kul 10am a videographer came(laki) dia ckp dia kerja ngan Y(sub lg) nak shoot video..i ckp oklah but u kena shoot org dok prepare2 la..sbb nikah kul 3pm, i start siap kul 1pm...skang baru 10pm...so u amikla ape2 video yg patut....pastue kul 12 pm Y x sampai2 lg ( i tgh risau pasal live feed x set-up2 lg..x nampak hidung lg)...i call2..x dpt2....geram i...bapak and my sisters dah marah2 sbb dia kata u shud go get ready, jgn dok still call lg....lepas tue pukul 1..still x sampai2 lg...i dah nak nagis..coz stress pasal live feed and oso stress pasal my MUA x sampai2 lg...(kak saidatulnisa) and Y OR kak Sai x call2 pun....OMG nak meletop mak tau tak! pastue kak Sai sampai dlm kul 2pm (huwaaaaa dah panik gile ok!) and i got news yg org live feed baru nak set up..(itupun Y x inform and also x update)
pastue lepas majlis nikah habis (alhamdulilah 1 lafaz aje heheheh) saya pun x nak pikir pasal ape2...terus ade mini sanding jugak....habis selesai dlm kul 7pm org pun dah start nak balik..dok kemas2..tetiba my sis dtg ckp ade org mintak duit kat my dada >>what??!!! x patut ok mintak duit kat my dad depan guest dia...sgt x professional!! pastue Y masuk ckp org live feed nak mintak byran...pastu i tanye...mana bole...x bg invoice...x bg ape...and oso mintak full payment walhal esok ade function lg!....argghhhhh!! stressss!! so dlm baju pengantin i, dlm dok sibuk2 nak amik gambar...i kena pk camne nak transfer duit...nak kena pegi on computer nak buat transfer..last2 my sis kesian dia kata...u jgn nak pk2..nevermind..i write a check and later u pay me....stress tul

3.reception
after the kejadian nikah..i ckp nga Y pls2...jgn buat hal kat reception..pls dtg kul 12.30m pm nak test montaj so dat its the right format yg digunakan....dia dtg kul 4pm...waktu semua org dok siap2 nak siap..so i call dia...dia kata dia dah kow tim ngan manager hotel tue,so dia tau semua...the function bermula...and montaj2 x play2...bile function habis..i found out she was still editing waktu event and video xleh play....(habis ape yg dia kow tim ngan manager....dia x test langsung rupanye!!)...i x langsung tegur dia and sbb i nak enjoy malam i tue....Sunday dia x call to apologize..monday pun x call to apologize...tuesday I yg kena call nak tanye ape yg terjadi...arghhh oklah itu ajelah i puye xp..harap2 u take into acct ape yg i..i guess i still bole guna cuma make sure u follow up and warn dia wal2..jgn ckp semua ok tp kerja semua x ok!

Happened last weekened..I nikah 7hb October and reception 8th..the reason I marah sbb dia tahu buat salah,tp peranagai dekkk je...I yg kena call tanye ape jadi..bukan dia...nyirapp I!...sakit hati..kekawan I tertunggu2 montaj. Tp x kuar2...I pun terpinga2 kat meja pengantin tp kena buat muka control la...hehehehehe tp xpe..hope from my xp u akan lebih tahu mcm mane nak pantau...maybe dia cuma x reti time management,so u kena vigilant skitla mintak update...ok..anyway good luck ya!

So far i dunwan to say or comment anything..nak tgk jer dulu.cos u'll never know lain org, lain rezeki dia kan? plus, 2of these vendors baru 1st time dgr bad review.. tapi yg the last vendor tu, haish xtau nak ckp per dah..da byk2222 sgt2222 complaints and bad reviews i heard from brides.. mmg i ni tunggu masa je ni, one more fucked up i akan slumber buat 1 ENTRY SOLELY ON HIM AND HIS BAD ATTITUDE, NON-PROFESSIONALISM, AND MUCH MORE..bersedia je lah yer VENDOR N. yang lagi 2 so far ok lagi la, but yeah, mmg ada risau la sket.. Note to self:think positive, and byk berdoa..huhu T_T
Hmmm tp bila u all da baca mmg scary kan???mesti la xnak terjadik kat kite.. Ya Allah jauh2kan lah dari semua ni.. i paling risau yg vendor i da hire tu..tlg laaaa jgn messed up altho i da byr murah... me+fiance mmg x letak high expectation (cos we know the concept of 'you get wat u pay') but plsss pls plsss lah jgn fucked up or mess up my wedding...i tgh pikir positive jer nih hoping that vendor can deliver...

if keje bagus, mestilah kite akan buat SUPER GREAT REVIEW AND PROMOTE vendor tu kan?? but, if the vendor messed up even one bit then, heh tau2 je la yer the power of blogger? rase mcm nak je bgtau kat sumer vendor camtu.. tell them i ni blogger, i akan review every single detail.. and now there's sooo many bride bloggers out there..yang bukan bloggers pun byk, but mostly mana dorang lookup about wedding vendors? internet ye adik2...from there you can get my point okai? ;p
