PELAMIN - FOREST & TREES

Meowning..! :)

Hye all...this is a scheduled entry, saje je buat scheduled cos normally weekends sgt malas untuk online. I kan suke online kat office je, sgt suka menyalahgunakan facility office.. haha ;p 

Anyways, here some pelamin ideas to share..  i slalu nampak these pelamins from top wedding planners like Flora Etc, Nas Great Ideas and Arjuna Cipta. Dulu i suke entrance yg berjurai2 tu kan, now i love these forest/tree pelamins..!!! (still love both now). I sukaa sgt2 coz it's different and it creates that 'forest' or 'garden' feeling... Actually im in love ngan concept batang pokok putih yg besar2 tu..serious unique and pelamin xnampak kosong.. hehe.. Rase these pelamins are actually lebih simple than using drapes n chandeliars n blabla..kan? ntah le (suka2 je ckp2..haha ;p) but dont get me wrong, i still suka drapes n chandeliar sume tu.. hehe.... Ok here are some photos i kept in my wedding folder..kecian dia terperap situ.. hehehe... ;p

ni lagi byk pakai pokok2... Mr Razak ni mmg known for Flower Guru, that's why bab2 pelamin yg pakai pokok2 ni sgt terer.. haha.. tgk la i jumpe byk weddings yg dia wat pakai pokok2 niee..

 

suke tree yg kat depan pelamin tu.... yg kat pelamin tu nice gak.. dia wat single ke tepi..nice gak kan, it doesnt have to be balance kan?

ideas, ideas...sape nak buat concept macam 'Tree Of  Souls' dlm Avatar? buat all white reception.. confirm cool n chantek..! :)

 hoh yg ni xyah ckp la.. when it comes to NGI, mmg berzuta2 bunga n stuffs dorang pakai..i simple adore the rose garden in the 1st pic...bestnye guests tu dpt experience wedding camni.. T_T

Ok jawapan i, im just sharing ideas because these top vendors always create someting different.. ye lah,xkan nak stick to idea yg sameeee je kan? kalau camtu smpai skang kite kalau kawen pakai pelamin baldu? About price-yes memang mahal than ordinary bridals because they will create one-of-a kind pelamin for you and effort mendesign and source barang2 tu mesti yg berquality kan... ececeh i ni plak macam wedding planner..haha..

Tp i paham, i think most of us kan budget brides...so we can use these as inspirations..n oso something to verangan on.. haha ;p jgn tiru bulat2 da la ee... i saw one pic of festival kahwin in JB, ade bridal tu tiru bulat2 idea Arjuna Cipta yg pelamin Wing tu.. huuu dunno Arjuna Cipta tau ke x pasal nih...

TIPS UNTUK VENDOR QUOTATION

Wah byk giler feedback from my last post about vendor2 yg agak kureng di hatiku... For me, whatever it is yg paling penting for vendor2 nie, TOLONGLAH learn PR and ckp elok2 dgn customer... Any business yg involve customer pun sama.. xkisah la client tu mampu atau pun tak.. xkisah la u bz ke x.. xkisah le kalau client tu tanye soalan2 bodo ke x.. Xkisah u ada personal problem ke x.. xkisah ler food testing kene byr ke x.. xkisah la kalau ape yg kite mintak xdpt.. YG PENTING CKP ELOK2.. Ni kalau on the phone before ckp terima kasih dah trus slam the phone, pastu ada lak yg jwb sepatah2 n pastu kasi reply sentap punya.. Actually if ikutkan xde la nak kisah sumer ni kalau vendor2 yg berkenaan  tu ckp elok2..kite bleh forgive and forget je trus.. atleast xde la kite as client nak luahkan ketidakpuashatian n frustration i kat sini kan??? think about it.. lgpun sumer normal people(client like me) 100% agree with me.. end of story.

After this i think all of us kene be careful and study dulu betul2 about any vendor u hire for ur wedding. Kalau u kulit keras, maybe bende2 mcm yg terkena kat i ni x affect u la kot kan.. Anyways, i nak share tips yg telah diberikan oleh one of WP yg top kat Msia nie.. wah sgt teruja..! dah la i fan dorang, pastu ade lak bg feedback kat my last post..siap bagi tips tu..! huhu beshnyer... Sabarlah Renee mungkin nasib Renee tak begitu baik ketika deal dgn vendor berkenaan. Kita pun tak tahu apa sebenarnya yag jadi kan. Ok bagi kami sebagai salah satu vendor yg menawarkan khidmat dekorasi terdapat beberapa tips yg penting ketika anda deal dengan vendor. Based on our experience below is the few tips berguna untuk b2b:

1) Make yourself sounds really interested with your vendor services. Don't ever PM your vendor just like short phrase below

"Salam berapa harga pelamin ni?"

or

"cantik....PM me the price"

or

"berapa harga?"

Sebagai vendor kami akan berasa spt anda tidak begitu serius dgn perkhidmatan kami dan sekadar bertanya sahaja. Kami lebih suka anda mengenalkan diri anda, bercerita serba sedikit perkhidmatan yang anda inginkan, tema perkahwinan impian anda, maklumkan tarikh, tempat dan masa perkahwinan anda. Secara kesimpulannya maklumkan kepada vendor anda segala informasi yg diperlukan sebelum vendor anda dapat mengeluarkan quotation.

2. Pertanyaan secara direct dan jelas.. more or less straight to the point org putih kata. Jangan berpusing2 and vendor anda akan berpusing melayan anda

3. SMS OR CALL. Jika pertanyaan anda lambat dijawab melalui email atau PM di Facebook, anda digalakkan untuk menelefon sahaja vendor anda. Arjuna Cipta lebih suka jika client kami menghubungi kami secara terus untuk mendapatkan informasi and for us you guys sound more interest if u guys calling us. Jangan malu2 kami tak makan orang. Preferably call between 10am - 8pm. Tgh malam org nak rehat dik.

4. Try to prevent to make an appointment in the peak mperiod of weddings month (middle of March, June, December). Your vendor might be cancelled it for the last minute or your vendor will be in hurry (rugilah tak dapat discuss lama2)

5. Quotation kami adalah berbeza2 harga. Ini adalah kerana quotation kami direkabentuk mengikut kehendak dan tema impian pelanggan2 kami. So please don't get confused about this matter k. Thats why lah better u call us for an appointment 1st so we can have a mutual understanding about your wedding dreams and your budget too.

5. Documentation penting u guys. Read carefully your agreement before you sign it k.

Itu sahaja tips yg dapat Arjuna Cipta kongsi bersama2. Hope it will be a useful guide for all b2b outside there. But back to basic "budi bahasa budaya kita"

Ok this is a quick one, cos rase mcm agak lama x update..padahal baru je update pasal Elyana's wedding..tehee.. (OH i still cant lupakan bout her wedding, its simply perfect!!my papacat pun suker giler.. :D ) 

Ok bout this pelamin.. i saw dis in FB tadi, n juz had to post it here.. It's unique,different and of course grand.. matching ngan owner dia iaitu ARJUNA CIPTA.. No explanation needed here, they are among the 'big people' in pelamin n wedding industry here in Malaysia.. Not sure who's wedding this is, dats y i xletak under 'REAL WEDDINGS' segment.. Im loving the 'WINGS' thingy kat tepi tu..! cos me n my meowsayang love symbol heart wings, juz like his bday card i made for him. And to forget, i simply loveee the entrance yg berjurai2 in pic no2 tu.. That'll will be definitely will be in my wedding reception :) But, im not likin the chair though, maybe if white nicer, but then again, people have different taste kan.. Okay till then people..muahmuahkirikanan~
