Just a quick card for this weeks challenge on Cute Card Thursday which is to use eyelets on your card. I wanted to make a more masculine card. Most of the males i know do not really like Edwin.. so i have picked the Brunte the horse and combined her with some rests of Basic Grey Bella Rose papers. Distressed everything heavily, added the eyelets and added some texture with some raffia Carole gave me. Sentiment is by Stampin up "Fresh Cuts".
Dont forget to take a look at the blog candy i have posted yesterday :-)
This posting is sheduled. Thank you ladies

Best Friends - Pet Collection #2 part 2
The bag is one of those i am getting my buttons in. I usually buy the FoFaLa buttons and when i get them home i poor them in other containers. On the picture below you can see how i have created the label. What i have done is - i used the Sizzix scalloped circle (a bit bigger than Nesties) and roughly estimated the center and cut with my Excacto knife from the left and the right a piece out so there would be rectangular shape in the middle left. Fold it down and used that piece as a holder. My English most likely does not make ANY sense at all right now. hahaha
If you like to order some Stampin up stuff.. my friend Carole is a Stampin up Demonstrator in England, you could contact her here to get some of the new Stampin up stuff. :-)
CS/Design Paper: My Minds Eye (exact paper line unknown), Stampin up (Cranberry Crisp, True Thyme)
Tools: Sizzix Scalloped Circle die
Remember: All the cute Pet Collection stamps can now be pre-ordered over at 7Kids College Fund

Hello and good morning. I will make it short about my card because i have something very exciting to tell you :-) I make many of my cards using the Friday Sketcher sketches .. not only for the current week but sometimes i go way back to find inspiration. Hello
Hello and a wonderful Sunday to all of you. Last week i received from my sweet friend Tina mail :-) omg.. it was filled with the most beautiful pins, needles, pearls, craft supplies aaaaaand several colors of Flower Soft. I always wanted to try it and had it on my next shopping list for my 7 Kids order because Tab just started to carry it in different colors. So me downstairs and digging through my stamps looking on what image i want to try it out :-) It is sooo easy to use and i love the dimension and interest i was able to create on my card with Flower Soft.
I have decided on this cute Tilda... she is from last years Spring/Easter collection and used this weeks MOJO Monday sketch one more time. This time i stayed 100% to the given sketch even with the stamped Sentiment in the right hand corner. As you know me now.... :-) usually i make my cards at first without a sentiment so they are more versatile. I have used on the frame and to Tilda's wings my Shimmerz paint in Pixie Dust.. loooove that stuff :-) it really looks so pretty!
other: Neenah CS, Memento Ink, Copic Sketch, Flower Soft and Robins Nest can all be purchased at 7 Kids College fund!!!
All kinds of colored sparkle can be found at: Shimmerz
Paper: Stampin up So Saffron is textured really pretty all found in kit "Just 4 You"
This and many more of my cards are listed here: Pretty Pressings

Embellishments: Martha Stewart Fond and Arched Lettice punch, Prima Marketing, Stampin up

Hugs - Get Well Soon
Edit to add: this card is sold. Thank you Karen J.!
Hello and happy Saturday... o-m-g.. i don't know when it was the last time that i was able to be in bed until 10:30 :-) My card uses one of my all time favorite Magnolia Tilda images. I have used her so often on my cards - she is just special to me. his was the first card i started to practice with the Warm Grey Copic markers to color hair dark. The card was inspired by the wonderful new "My Mind's Eye" Designer papers - this one is called Bloom and Grow.
Somebody told me once that there are way to less "Get well" cards made and i agree.. so i looked through all the wonderful Sentiment and image printable stamp sets that Regina's Cutting Cafe has to offer and surly enough there are many to find. Since my card is sized 6.5 x 5 3/4 i went with the 1" circular Sentiment. On the inside i used the new fancy Nestabilitie shapes that i added to my Copic order with 7 Kids College fund. Love those - they have the perfect size to add a Magnolia inside or a sentiment plus some own writing.
Stamps: Magnolia Tilda and Sentiment: Regina's Cutting Cafe
Papers/Ink: My Minds Eye, Tangerine Tango and Neenah Ultrasmooth White and Memento Ink
Embellishments/Coloring: Copic Sketch, Prima Marketing, Airbrushing, Stickles, Martha Stewart fond punch for leafs and Arched Lattice
Have a wonderful weekend hugs Claudia

"Vintage" Spring Card
Hello and happy Wednesday to all of you. Thank you for swinging by. Before i start about the challenge card for today i wanted to tell you something that happened yesterday morning. I have sent my application to Shimmerz paints, the DT call ended this Sunday and OMG Kim sent me a email yesterday and accepted me! Iam so thrilled because i was drooling over those paints for a while now - i know they will just look gorgeous on flowers and on the Magnolia's to give them some extra shimmer instead of the Stickles i always use. I can not wait to get started :-)
Stamps: Magnolia with Magnolia's from the Spring Collection
Papers: Bo Bunny, Riding Hood Red
Tag: Martha Stewart (to label Jam :-) and Prima Flowers
Please take a look at Carole's blog and Jaqueline's site because they also joined the challenge and made a card using this Tilda image for you. If you like to join in our challenge each week.. feel free to use Carole's, Jaqueline's, Bea's or my blog to link your creation.

My dear friend Bea picked for our Wednesday challenge to use "older" Magnolia stamps Tilda holding Magnolia's. I have not used her in a very long time - so i was quite happy to use her again. The card is sized 6 1/4 by 5.5 i felt it was a better size to use with just a vertical image and i was also able to use up some of my scrap papers i have produced over the time by cutting my 8.5x11 papers to use with 6x6 cards.
As you can see iam experimenting how to color dark hair in :-) no way iam even close on what Marlene does on her cards. She is just a natural!!! look at this fantastic card gosh.. she just rocks!!!

Oh i have not watercolored for so long. I love the effect you can get with Distress inks or Stampin up reinkers- i like to use my Copics because they are just faster but some images i think they just look better with watercolors. Funky-Monkey-Edwin
This card is beeing published by my dear friend Kristine. Iam out of town for a period of time.
This card was inspired by the fun "Daisy D" Desinger Paper Magnolia sent me a while back. I still had some scraps and wanted to use it. I used various circle punches to punch the monkeys out and layer them with matching CS. Scallops are made with the notch punch from Stampin up. The black panel is embossed with Cuttlebug embossing folder "Swiss Dots" to hide the seam of all the layers i used a black ric rack ribbon from Martha Stewart. I had the fabric corner holders in blue and read like for 2 years in my drawer and finally they matched a project :-)

Fathersday Pocket card
Many of you know how much i love to give cards with pictures as presents. This card was made for my husband using a card style i made already last year. This time i just blew the dimensions up so this card is about 5.5 inches.
If you like to look i have posted this week an other - same style card on my second blog.

This is the card i made 2007 for my mother. The template for the smaller version was posted in my SCS Gallerie: ClaudiafromGermany

Spring in Paris "Sketch #3"
Can you show me your cards made with Magnolia's Eiffel tower??? This is my second card using this cool stamp. If you have a card made with an other Paris or french inspired stamp its fine too - post the link of your creation here on this post. So we can all take a look at your card. If you like you can also make a card using the sketch. If you go with the sketch you can use of course ANY kind of your stamps - just stick with the placement of the 2 motifs (thats my challenge for you). You can add your sentiment were you want. Also, link your card here on my blog.
I used the "Merci" stamp from Stampin up "Carte Postale" to stamp on my epoxy tag i picked up at the tiny craft section in my grocery store. Don't know if you can see it but the tag has some tiny daisies like the DP. Was pretty happy about the match. The two fabulous pink ribbons on this card is from Rasperry Ribbons - the store has its online doors open now for you. I asked Caroline, for how long the pink ribbon kits will be available -cause i really, really love mine and i am actually thinking to purchase one more. She told me that the pink ones will be only available as long there is supply, after that there will be an other color for sale. Rasberry ribbons will also ship to the US.
Here is the sketch for you to try:

Ismaki 18 "Hi There"
I made this card for my good friend Kristine. She sent me a couple of weeks ago so many things.. ohh. i cant wait to show you a stamp set she got for me. This set has been especially designed to use with our Magnoila's :-) the size is perfect and the frames are wonderful. it is from a company in Norway. LOOOVE it. Kristine totally surprised me with this gift. - Thank you so much!
I wanted to make something more "special" for her cause if you look at Kristines cards on her blog you know what i mean :-). You can see how much work she puts in each of her cards (really take a peek what she posted today!!). So no way i can just sent her a single layer card hahahaha! She never just stops at the front.. her designs are totally well thought out and start at the front and go to the inside to the back of the cards.
For my card i used again the sweing machine to attach my cs to the base of the card (more sewing was done in the inside). I did use this weeks IsMaKi sketch for the layout, unfortunately i did not have a 100% matching piece of scalloped CS to use as card base. So, i hope this one is fine too
If you open the ribbon - you can open the front piece thats matted in Rose Red CS and there is an other decorated piece of paper - also vanilla CS matted and sewen with machine to the Rose Red CS. If you made this card for Mothers Day you could add a picture in this layer and on the last one you still have plenty of space to write.
This is the last layer. All flowers are colored on the stamp with green and rose Stampin up markers. More sewing also on this layer.

Yeah.. just until i saw the new stamps. There are soooo many cute boy stamps released - I want them ALL. They are going to be fabulous for cards and scrapbook pages. This card was made for Ila's blog candy. She provided a very inspiring sketch that made it easy for me to be creative.

For the today's Ismaki Challenge I made this card. The given sketch was again very difficult for me… the idea with the window of Kianel I found completely classy… I just turned the Sketch. Otherwise I accommodated all the requested elements for the card.
