Essence Show your feet "Dashing with Flashy Pink"

Goodmorning!

This rainy sunday I have a flashy mani for you all.
Still busy and not feeling like I should be :-(
Fortunately I have a little supply of some mani's I did a while ago.
So I can use them in times like this.

I did a mani looking quite prominent I think.
It's a bright pink color from Essence.
The name speaks for itself.
Flashy Pink. And flashy she is. Wow such a bright creme polish.
With one layer it is already quite opaque but I did two layers to be sure.
I have to say that its formula was oke this time.

Actually it is from the "Show your feet" collection.
But they do great on your hands :-)
After polishing I did some striping and decoration.
Just because I like nailart so much.
Well struggling with the tape but in the end it stuck finally to my nails.
Pff....don't know if you also have these problems by appling this tape?
What am I doing wrong???

And finishing with those gorgeous studs wich I got from DollarnailArt.
I think the result was really nice!

What do you think of it??

This was it for now.
Wishing you all a great day and thank you for stopping by.
Till next time.

Love from Karin

Herôme "Dublin Soft and Sweet"

Goodmorning/evening sweet followers and readers how are you doing today?

Already tuesday and an other day at the office.

Yesterday I had so much fun with my collegues about my nails.
They are always asking and looking what's new on my nails.
They are so adorable "my guys" :-))
The fun was al about winning a contest. Yes me!! Winning in a nailcontest
in the Netherlands. A Sally Hansen nailart-contest inspired on Brigitte Bardot
who stood in those days for a lot of glamour.
So the mani must be glamorous. They choose three of the nicest contributions.
I was one of those three!!!
I never win anything in my life so I was really surprised.
I won with my China Glaze mani which you find over here at my blog.

Secretly I feel a little bit proud.

But enough about that.
For today a mani from a while ago.
It's an other one from Herôme.

I can tell you that the Herôme polishes are all a bit thick.
So you have to use some thinner to make them a bit easier to apply.
For this one I used two layers of polish and apart from the thickness
of this polish it is a really dense polish and it covered my nails real
good.
And despite that fact I love them all a lot!

This is Herôme W.I.C. Dublin 64.
A lovely soft and sweet color. Not a prominent one at all.
So you can use it when you are having your interview for a new job ;-)

Well look for yourself!

I wish you all a great day or evening and hope to see you soon!
Bye bye and thanks for reading.

P2 Chic "Chic Le Freak"

Hi sweet people,

Today something from Germany.
In Germany they sell a gorgeous brand: p2 Color Victim nailpolish.
Because I'm not living near a German border a sweet friend of us Natasja
(my nr.100 follower) bought some bottles for me over there and
send them to me.
Thanks again Natasja for your efforts. I really appriciated it!!
Now I own a few more of them. I will make posts of them later.

It has a wonderfull application so as I had heard.
I only can speak for myself about two of them.
I tried p2 Gorgeous nr. 171 once and it was awesome. I will make another post about this one later.
Today I used p2 Chic nr. 016.
It's a very nice color. It's a bit of a dusty creamy purple and I like it.
It is opaque in one coat. But I did two coats of it.
As you maybe know I am a sucker for purples....so I picked a purple
this time once again for my post.

You can check out the site of this brand. it is sold at DM-drugstores in Germany.

Well I do hope you enjoyed reading this post and liked the pictures.
Please let me know what you think of this awesome brand!!!

Love from Holland and see you soon.

Herôme "Safari in Johannesburg"

Hello everyone!

How was your weekend? Hope you all had a relaxing and happy time.
Today it's Sunday so I made some time to do my nails.
The wheather outside is grey and it's raining all day.

Lately I bought a lot of new polishes from Herôme.
The brand has a lot of colors and I love a lot of them.
For today I picked a nice kind of taupe color.
Its lovely name is Johannesburg nr. 72.

Applying went just well, I did two layers.
It is a very creamy polish and I love it so much!
I have to say that it was a little thick but with some thinner
it worked okay.

My nails looks a bit curved here and there but it's because of the light I guess.

I have decided that when I reached my 100 followers I will do
a nice giveaway containing products from Herôme!
I hope you will like that!

Well that was it for now. I wish you a nice evening and see
you next time.
Take care sweet people.
Thanks again for stopping by on my blog.

Herome "A trip to Nairobi and Monaco"

Goodmorning everyone,

Hope you had a good night sleep last night!
I wish you all a very nicy and happy day!

For today I also looked in my magic box ;-)
I found something what was a test for me.
I didn't like the grey color but tried it anyway.
I must say that my husband was laughing at me.
He asked me "did you paint your nails with concrete paint!!!!".
And obviously he didn't liked it much.
The next morning when I came in at the office my colleques,
who are all men, had to have a look ofcourse!
They were laughing and asking me simular questions about
the color and they also didn't liked it.
At the office they judge my nails everytime when I
change it, by lack of women over there.
I'm really having fun with them :-)

Well this mani I made a while back.
It is W.I.C. by Herôme.
They have nice names and they remind you of a nice
vacation.
First I applied Herome Nairobi 123, its a creamy grey color
which is very shiny on your nails.
Applying was easy the first time, the second time it became
already gloppy :-(
I was quickly bored of it and made a french manicure with
Herome Monaco 125.
This is also a grey shade but it has a light glitter-shimmer,
I think.
It made the mani a little more alive.

Well this was all for today!
Thank you for stopping by and reading my blog and see you soon!!!
