Cavalo Marinho & Maresia, Dote/Eliana

The first manicure of this month is with the polishes that I showed you on the previous post.

It was a terrible doubt... oh, Lord!!! Which nail polish to wear? And after so much struggling, I decided for two polishes at once, performing a Homa Manicure, Cavalo Marinho, kind of metalic teal but it looks like glass fleck, and Golfinho, kind of blueish violet, also at this same finishing.

A primeira esmaltada do mês é com dois vernizes que mostrei no post anterior.

Foi uma dúvida terrível... oh, Deus! Que esmalte usar? E depois de tanta luta, decidi por 2 vernizes de uma vez, fazendo uma homa manicure, Cavalo Marinho, que é metálico, mas parece glass fleck, meio verde turquesa, teal mesmo, e Golfinho, um violeta azulado com o mesmo acabamento. 

Desafio 5 Rosa - Challenge # 5 Pink

Until last year, I didn't like this color, but after applying Pink Tulipa for the first time, I fell in love with it! Nowadays, I have many bottles of this color and I like all them. Well, I applied one coat of Pink Tulipa, creamy light pink, by Beauty Color, and one coat of Toque Sexy, by Elke, another light pink, but this one is a little bit sheer and metallic. Both were application-wise and dried fast. On the accent nail, I just applied one coat of Pink Tulipa, and one coat of Rockabilly, the strongest glitter ever, which makes part of Glitter Forte collection, by Hits Speciallitá.
It was something really eye-catching, and I'm gonna do this mani again.

Até o ano passado, eu não gostava dessa cor, mas depois de usar o Pink Tulipa, da Beauty Color, me apaixonei por essa cor! Hoje em dia, eu até tenho muitos vidrinhos dessa cor e gosto de todos eles, mas de qualquer modo, eu usei uma camada desse Pink Tulipa, um delicioso rosa cremoso e uma camada do Toque Sexy, da Elke, mas esse é um pouco ralo e metálico. Ambos foram ótimos para aplicar e secaram rápido. 
No indicador, eu usei uma camada do Pink Tulipa, e uma do glitter forte Rockabilly, da Hits Speciallitá.
Realmente, foi uma esmaltada de chamar a atenção e vou fazer essa esmaltada novamente.

Nesse semana estive usando... mais Passe Nati

A Passe Nati lançou essa coleção de metalizados em 2010, e continua sendo uma das minhas favoritas, pelo seu acabamento perfeito, ótimos para aplicar e secar. Nessa esmaltada, usei 3 cores:  Ouro Fatal, Distinto e Bronze.

Passe Nati had launched this metallic collection in 2010, and this is still one of my faves, for its perfect finishing, excellent to aplly and dry. In this mani, I worn 3 colors: Ouro Fatal (light gold), Distinto (olive green) and Bronze (redish coral). 

Desafio 27 Unhas Inspiradas por uma Arte - Challenge #27 Nails inspired by an Art

Essa é uma esmaltada em que não consegui ter ideias que me deixassem satisfeira, então "inventei" uma arte... quer dizer, fiz "arte", isso sim! Deixo-as ao julgamento de vocês.
Aqui usei o Vermelho de Guerra e o Metal Glam, da Impala; e fiz um carimbo com o Deslumbre, da Passe Nati.

This is a mani that I couldn't have many ideas which satisfied me, and I ended up inventing a kind of art, then. I let these pics to your judgement, ladies. 
Here, I applied Metal Glam (metallic grey) and Vermelho de Guerra (pearly cherry red), by Impala, from Sao Paulo Fashion Week Collection, and I still used Deslumbre, metallic silver, by Passe Nati, to stamp.

Um Ano de Blog com Mohda - Blog Anniversary with Mohda

Hoje é o aniversário de 1 ano desse blog. Aqui está o primeiro post. Os outros já tem mais tempo, este é o mais novo, e que me surpreendeu, afinal, eu sempre estive envolvida com a subcultura gótica, o inglês e a paixão pela filosofia, ciência e tecnologia, nunca havia pensado em blogar sobre esmaltes.

Today is the first anniversary of this blog. The other ones are in their years but this one, the youngest of all, has surprised, after all, I've always been involved with the goth subculture, English, and my neverending passion for philosophy, science and technology, I've never thought blogging about nail polishes.

E para celebrar, eu encontrei nesta semana, a nova coleção de nacarados da Moda, Momentos. Comprei o Forever, porque havia visto no blog da Mohda e me apaixonei. Também encontrei o metálico Prata Chrome. Os dois esmaltes são excelentes para aplicar e secaram rápido. Como eu costumo dizer: eu altamente recomendo! E ainda usei o próprio Forever para carimbar sobre o Prata Chrome no anelar.

And to celebrate, this week I found the new collection of nacreous nail polishes, by Mohda. I bought Forever, since I had seen it on blog da Mohda and I fell in love with it. I also found the metallic Prata Chrome (chrome silver). Both polishes are excellent to apply and they dried really fast. As I usually say: I highly recommend it! Moreover, I still used Forever to stamp Prata Chrome on the ring finger nail.

Assim como os outros meus blogs, espero que esse também continue firme, na intenção de continuar mostrando os esmaltes que tenho usado e às vezes outros assuntos que não tenho como postar nos outros blogs. Desafio 18 Inglesinha - Challenge #18 English Nails

Oba, passei da metade... ufa! O bom é que estou aproveitando esmaltes já meio esquecidos nas caixas. Um deles é o Ícaro, da Big Universo, um dos amarelos mais maravilhosos que há. Cintilante, excelente acabamento, brilho, seca rápido... vale cada centavo e cada ml do seu vidrão de 15! Pena que já está a caminho do vencimento...

Wow, half of the challenge is accomplished! The bright side is that I'm using some polishes which are a little bit forgotten into the boxes. One of them is Icaro, by Big Universo, one of the most beautiful yellow that exists! It's shinning, excellent cover, it dries fast... it's worthy each cent and each mililiter from its big bottle of 15! It's a pitty that it's in its way to the expiration. 

E para fazer a inglesinha, usei o Metal Glam, da Impala, também no fim... aliás, depois dessa esmaltada, como só ficou muito pouco no vidro, joguei-o fora. Mas vamos às fotos... eu gostei muito dessa esmaltação, e ainda carimbei umas borboletas.

And to have the English nails done, I applied Metal Glam, by Impala, also in its end. By the way, after this mani, I threw it away. But, shall we go to the pics... I liked this mani, and I also stamped with some butterflies.

Mimos de Aniversário, Boticário e Lorena - B-day Gifts, Boticario and Lorena

Hoje, temos muitas fotos aqui. Antes de tudo, o dia do meu aniversário foi maravilhoso e, logo cedo, eu ganhei uma sacola linda! Ao abri-la, o que tinha? A coleção da Dove com óleo de argan, 2 esmaltes Hits e 1 Lorena!

Today, we have a bunch of pics here. Before it all, my b-day was wonderful and, early in the morning, I got a pretty bag! When I opened it, what was there? The whole Dove collection with argan oil, 2 Hits nail polishes, and 1 Lorena one!

À noite, teve um bolo maravilhoso Floresta Negra, que a Mércia fez, e ofereço um pedacinho pra cada uma de vocês!

At night, there was a wonderful dark forest cake, made by Mercia, and I offer a little piece to all of you!

E, durante a semana, eu ainda ganhei outros mimos de onde eu trabalho e, entre eles, os esmaltes da Boticário que eu tanto queria, o London Night Blue e o São Paulo Urban Grey.

Moreover, along the week, I still got other cute gifts of the people from my workplace, and between them, the Boticario nail polishes that I had wished for, London Night Blue and Sao Paulo Urban Grey.

E, nesta semana que passou, eu encontrei lá na Sumirê, a coleção HD dos esmaltes Lorena. São 12 cores lindas e vibrantes, mas comprei as 8 mais intensas, de acordo com meus padrões. Estou encantada com as cores. A Pérola quis participar da sessão de fotos.

Last week, I found, at Sumire, Lorena HD collection. There are 12 stunning and dazzling colors, but I chose the most intensive, 8, according to my standards. I'm amazed by them. Perola wanted to participate of this photo shoot.

My Special Nail Art

Hoje, de acordo com meus padrões, trouxe algo inédito! Para mim, esta é a minha primeira nail art de fato!
Eu vejo tantas unhas bonitas pela blogosfera e inspirada por esse desafio que resolvi me arriscar, pelo menos um pouquinho e comprei um pincel bem fino, especial para nail art, n. 0. Vejam algumas fotos.

Today, according to my standards, I've brought something new! To me, this is my first nail art, actually! I've been seeing so many gorgeous nails on blogosphere, and inspired by this challenge, I've decided to take a risk, at least just a little bit and I bought a very slim brush designed to nail art. n#0. See some pics.

- Eu usei o Azul Petróleo, metálico, da Ellen Gold, em toda a unha, embora deixando duas unhas marcadas com durex;
- depois, na parte do durex que retirei, eu passei o Vibrancy, esse é cromo, da Eliana;
- as listras eu fiz com o pincel, usando o Ouro Puro, da Ludurana;
- e por cima da listra, passei uma pincelada do glitter Fio de Ouro, também da Ludurana;
- na unha do anelar, eu coloquei esse aplique, passando base por baixo dele, para ficar;
- e para finalizar, usei o TC da Ideal.

- I used Azul Petroleo, metallic, by Ellen Gold, on all the nails, although, two nails were marked with adhesive tape;
- after, on the adhesive tape part that I removed, I applied Vibrancy, chrome, by Eliana;
- the stripes were done with the brush, using Ouro Puro, by Ludurana;
- and above the stripes, I applied Fio de Ouro glitter, also by Ludurana;
- on the ring finger nail, I put this applique, layering it underneath with a base;
- to top it all, I used Ideal top coat.

Me digam o que acharam... eu adorei, mas sou principiante. Vejam que não é nenhum desenho trabalhado. Essa esmaltação durou 5 gloriosos dias, e o aplique segurou. Fiquei tão orgulhosa! Acho que consegui!

Tell me what you think... I've just loved it but I'm a beginner. See that it ain't any overworked pattern. This mani lasted for 5 glorious days and this applique got fixed. I was so proud! I think I got it!

Desafio 5 - Unhas Azuis - Challenge # 5 - Blue

O esmalte mostrado aqui no 5. desafio é esse azul fantástico, o Urano, da Big Universo. Durou de domingo até essa quinta-feira, quando me cansei e resolvi passar um outro. Teria durado até o sábado, sem dúvida. Aí apliquei essas rosinhas... que tal?

The nail polish showed here is the fifth challenge, this fantastic electric blue, Urano, by Big Universo. It lasted from Sunday until yesterday night, when I got tired of it, and I chose another polish. It would have lasted until Saturday, no doubt about it. Them I applied these little roses, what about the outcome, ladies?

Distinto, Passe Nati

A partir de hoje, estou de férias, já que na escola de inglês onde trabalho, entramos num período chamado Holiday Season. Só volto daqui 3 semanas \o/

From today on, I'm on vacation, since that at the English school where I work, we'll be on the Holiday Season. I'll be back to work in three weeks, then \o/

Bem, chega de conversa fiada.Desta vez eu quis deixar minhas unhas mais bonitas com esse lindo esmalte!
Óteemo acabamento, seca rápido e é bem pigmentado em 2 mãos... vale a pena, além do preço, como já comentei aqui outras vezes, ser muito amigo... R$ 1,50... uma pechincha! Gosto muito dos esmaltes Passe Nati, como vocês já sabem.

Well, enough of this chitchat! I've wanted to doll my nails up with this gorgeous nail polish! It's an excellent coating, it dries really fast, far pigmented with two layers... it's worth a lot, moreover you have a good price as I'd mentioned here before... R$ 1,50... a bargain! I like Passe Nati nail polishes a lot, as you all already know.

Eu gosto do verde em todos os seus tons e acabamentos, e essa coleção Metallic é maravilhosa! Das 5 cores disponíveis, eu comprei 4. Que tal esse Distinto? Não vale realmente o nome?

I like green in all its shades and coatings, and this Metallic collection is wonderful! From the 5 colors available, I bought 4. What about this Distinto (Distinct)? Isn't worth its name?

Metal Glam & Glitter Holográfico

This Metal Glam, by Impala, is so versatile as a black polish, and these holographic glitters are terrifc! I've decided putting just two kinds of glitter on the ring finger nail; Holographic Lights, by Mohda, and Disco Ball, by Impala, giving a glamorous touch.

Adorei o resultado, porque somente o Metal Glam, já é até comum pela blogosfera afora, então, cada uma de nós sempre pode dar um up nessa esmaltação, não é mesmo?

I've loved the outcome because just Metal Glam has already become ordinary along the nail polish blogosphere, and each of us can give a personal touch on the enamelling, isn't it?
