I just got this awesome Sweater Season stamp and die set from @concordand9th . I absolutely love it!!! It’s sooooooooo frigid out, this card almost made itself!I have been trying to get this card finished for three weeks. I'm not kidding, I saw that the theme for the Caffeinated Christmas Card Challenge was snowflakes and immediately started to plot my project out.
Then life happened, and I only got it finished today because of the snowstorm!!
At least it looks pretty, or at least, pretty-ish.

Happy middle-of-the-month! It's the fifteenth and that means it's time for a new challenge at Creative Crafters! As always our challenge is Anything Goes!!! This is our first challenge of 2023 and I haven't yet decided what challenges I'm going to pile on myself yet for these DT projects, we'll see how the year goes. This first project is actually my first ever finished card using my Spellbinders Glimmer machine. If you're not familiar with hot foiling, look it up because OMG it's amazing. I'm in love already!!!
The background and the sentiment were both hot foiled. Sigh, it's just soooooo pretty!!!

Happy Friday! It's a new challenge at Simply Create Too and our theme this month is Snow Much Fun!!! Snowflakes, snowmen, anything wintery fits! My card uses some new goodies I got for Christmas!
I tried a new photography style with this photo that was "recommended" to me by a "very helpful influencer" who thought I could use her pointers.
Think I'm going back to my usual style. It just doesn't speak to me, you know?
I know that I should be used to the schizophrenic weather by now, but this year IDK the hot/cold/snow/sun is really bringing me down. So I decided to dress Mrs. Claus in semi-springy colors. I consider this her January attire :)

Happy Wednesday! Ya'all know I'm a huge Twihard, and when I saw this Sizzix die set, I couldn't not get it. All I could hear in my head when I looked at it was Jacob saying "Ness was catching snowflakes" and I was like I MUST HAVE THIS. So that's where the inspiration from this card came from. Also, it's absolutely frigid today on the second of March! Michigan! Ugh!

Hi everyone! I have some super exciting news. I've been on the DT at Get Creative Challenges since it creation, and earlier this year, Angie let the team know that she would be closing the challenge and asked if anyone wanted to take it over. I jumped at the chance!! I'm nervous about it but excited. I did cut January's challenge in half to give myself some time. The challenge is live now and to get started our theme is Anything Goes!!
I wanted to make something wintery since it's been so bitter cold here! And in the cold weather we NEED our coffee and tea, right?

Happy January! It's a new challenge at A Place To Start and our theme this month is Anything Goes! With the awful winter weather we've been experiencing, I wanted to make a snowflake card. I added hello as a sentiment to make it more everyday. I just love the paint-pressed background.

So we had our first snow, and I slept through it! In my defense, I'd been up eighteen hours straight with a very cranky toddler and I was exhausted! Then yesterday we had the second snow and I DID see it while it was falling. It didn't really stick. Just my luck. Like my hero Lorelai Gilmore, I too LOVE snow. It jut makes everything look and feel magical, and especially right now it's a wonderful escape. I've been playing Christmas music since midnight on November 1st, so this song was obviously inspired by the lyrics on the stamp. Brenda Lee rocks.

Oh today was SO a Hot Chocolate Kind of Day!!! I made myself a cup and enjoyed it while watching a favorite Lifetime Christmas movie and it really helped me destress!! This time of year is crazy without all the extra crap going on. Be sure and take time for yourself. The little things matter!!!

Happy January! It's the first so it's time for a new challenge over at Love To Scrap Challenge Blog and our theme this month is Anything Goes!! It's been so cold and so snowy lately and I was drinking hot cocoa and this card just sort of came together in a whirlwind and I love it! I'm such a fan of A6 cards, I feel like they give you so much more space to create than an A2 but not as much as an A7 which I sometimes find a little daunting.
