DESIGN TEAM
My first card is a song - Welcome Home by Peter's and Lee, and I have been singing it all afternoon. I used
Welcome from Paper Pretties with a sentiment that is one of several with the image, and perfect for my song!
My second card might be a little late, I have to go hospital visiting and will probably not have time to finish and load it up - so check back later.
Monday - a little later than planned, but I wanted to get this right and it was very late when I finished it last night. This is about Pretty Woman, which is a film and a song, but I don't think it was ever a book. Wouldn't it be great if you can find something that covers all three! The image is from Limited Runs and is called Molly and you can find her on the
Girls page of Limited Runs. Details are on my
blog.
For my first project I used the lovely
"Flutterby" provided by our sponsor Paper Pretties. This card is inspired in one of my favorites songs:
Wind Beneath My Wings by Bette Midler.
This card represents the freedom of an eagle flying high up in the sky.
For my second project I got my inspiration from a pretty sad kids story "
The Little Match Girl" by Hans Christian Andersen.
For this project I used
"Sitting Pretty" digi provided by our sponsor Limited Runs.
Both projects were colored with a mix on Spectrum Noir pens and Prismacolor pencils.
Hi everyone! For my project I used this cute digi Stamp
Winter Fairy, provided by our sponsor, Limited Runs Stamps. This card is inpired in one of my favorite story, A Christmas Carol, by Charles Dickens.
This beautiful girl remember me, the Ghosts of Christmases Past, I love this story, because I love Christmas. My project is colored with acuarelables pencils.
Will be late, is stuck in the middle of nowhere dog sitting of course! Lyn said "I have gone to the dogs".
I'm here!! I'm out of the 'dog house!' Wednesday night....better late than never!
Here's my card. I've used this cute little Santa from Limited Runs. He was coloured on the compter, (with a tiny dash of Pastle blue Promarker added afterwards. I've printed him on to my own snowy paper, then fixed him over Pink Petticoat Snowflakes paper and some embossed silver card. The Sentiment diecuts are from Crafts Creations. I've added some Stickles Glitter to his hat and coat. I've also added an die-cut snowflake corner, white sparkly eye-lash wool and the tiny snowflakes he's holding were punched out from the waste of the sentiment diecuts. And my song?? "Let it Snow! Let It Snow! Let it Snow!" of course.
For my frist project I made a card using the Heavenly Angel from the
Fairies and Angels set. It
is provided by our sponsor Limited Runs . I inspired me by the the Angel song from Sarah McLachlan. I worked the image with Spectrum Noir Markers and I added some embellishments too. Here is the link, just in case: Angel.
My second project is based on The Lion King movie, which is one of my little one favorites movie. We are always singing and dancing with this song. The image
Leonardo Lion from
Paper Pretties. In this case what I did was print and cut in a different papers and I used Distress Ink and Spectrum Noir for the details. And this is the link:
