A woman executive is facing a jail sentence after she admitted groping a male flight steward while drunk on a plane.According to The Daily Mail, Katherine Goldberg, 25, grabbed the cabin crew member's crotch after drinking a pint of whiskey on a Virgin Atlantic flight.Goldberg, of Ealing Common, London, was told by the that her attack was too serious to be dealt with by a magistrates’ court and she now faces a maximum jail term of 10 years. 

She pleaded guilty to sexual assault and being drunk on an aircraft at Uxbridge Magistrates Court.The alleged incident took place on August 24 on a Johannesburg –London Virgin Atlantic Airbus A340-600.South African Goldberg was understood to have been returning to London after visiting relatives and made "strong sexual advances" to her victim during the journey, the court heard."The defendant was drunk in mid-air and groped a male member of the cabin crew. She had made strong sexual advances towards the man during the flight. Goldberg then groped the groin and testicular area," prosecutor Kevin Christie said. 

According to The Daily Mail, lawyers for Goldberg, of Ealing Common, London, had attempted to avoid the charge going to court and have the sexual assault charge dealt with by a police caution.

LensCrafters Settles Female-On-Male Sexual Harassment Case

LensCrafters, the largest optical chain in the country, has settled a lawsuit accusing the company of allowing a male employee to be sexually harassed by a female co-worker. The company admitted no wrongdoing, but it will pay former lab technician William Sheard $192,500 and will start educating its employees about harassment against males in the workplace as part of the settlement.
The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, which filed the suit on behalf of the technician in 2009, claimed Sheard fended off repeated come-ons from colleague Melissa Brandt in a LensCrafters store in Saginaw, Mich., and alleged that management ignored Sheard's complaints because he was a man being harassed by a woman.
"Sometimes people think that a young man -- well, they don’t believe it can happen to a man," Sheard told HuffPost. "They just believe every guy would jump on a situation like that. That's far from the truth."
According to the suit, Sheard started working at LensCrafters in 1998. In 2006, Brandt told him she wanted to have a relationship with him that was "more than platonic." Sheard declined. From then on, Brandt would reference sex acts in front of Sheard, talk openly about his body, touch and grab his chest and backside and tell him she loved him and wanted to have sex with him, the suit claimed.
At a holiday party in 2008, Brandt allegedly tried to grab Sheard's crotch several times, to the point where Sheard had to leave. After repeated rejections, Brandt eventually made a sexual harassment claim against Sheard, a charge she later admitted was false, according to the lawsuit. The lawsuit alleged that LensCrafters management immediately investigated Brandt's charge while ignoring Sheard's.
Sheard repeatedly brought his issues to management -- at first the lab manager, and then up the company ladder -- all to no avail, the suit said. All told, the alleged harassment lasted for more than a year.

As a teenager and in my early twenties I was sexually harrassed by older female employees at my first 3 jobs.1. Paperboy: woman kept coming to the door in her panties.2. Grocery bagger: older cashier told me she wanted to sleep with me.3. Paint sales: woman sales associate kept groping me behind the counter AND another older manager woman told me "you have the kind of body any girl would love."
This stuff goes on all of time. None of it was that serious but don't pretend that men don't get this too.

This happens to me almost every day only worse. Even if I'm in the front yard watering the lawn cars pull up and stop and some woman I never met wants to talk. I don't care, can't I atleast get the yard work done ? I'll be working somewhere and women there will be grabbing me, and I get away from them and then one of the older ones will punch me for no reason. Why ? Al

No you are not wrong. You are absolutely right. Exception: If I wanted to keep a job, I had to sleep with the boss & she was built like a boy & had a face, well a double bagger. But that wasn't the really bad part. She wasn't a nice person. She was obnoxious but I needed to keep this really good job so I did it. I have had sex with 3 female bosses, two of them were good experience­s but the third was as stated. Of course all of this happened when I was younger & not old & ugly. I never sought a head doctor, I just sucked it up.

I must confess to being physically and emotively moved whenever I read anything like this as it happens so often these days and the plethora of hidden abuse has yet to fully surface as men are still too embarrassed to come forward and confess to having been abused by the opposite sex. It does affect their wellbeing more than the actual abuse that has taken place, not in most cases ofcourse as some example we read is just beyond comprehension..

Sometimes it just appears unachievable..

Society in this day and age is solely interested in the female victimhood story and any damage or harm that sex has inflicted on copious amount of children and partners, appears to be irrelevant. The female mind has apparently of it's own accord elevated itself past these petty problems as they continue on their abusive ways with the help of the Judiciary and law makers. One indication of this "head in the clouds" mentality was witnessed last year or so, when a "woman" demanded a reduction in her sentence (24 years for cutting up hubby and serving him to the kids as a casserole) solely due to the fact that she possessed a vagina, I kid you not, I could not make this stuff up (on this blog somewhere). Their self elevation to sainthood requires no further embellishment as far as they are concerned..

So, we come to this post from "Through Hell and Back". I ofcourse see it all through a third party perspective and I can see that Craig is trying his hardest to work things out the best way possible and I would imagine that Dr T on a shrink4men may be able to open or at least explain some of that inexplicable, obnoxious and vengeful behaviour..

Should I or shouldn’t I?

Within the framework of those discussions its been often mentioned that its not to late to have the abuser charged with the abuse and they be punished for it. Within the law system of NSW there is no statue of limitations regarding such events.
I have been been tossing and turning the last few nights and thinking about the issue of taking your own medicine or following the advice given to others and having my ex charged regarding her past abuse. Certainly there has been no acknowledgement of this on her behalf and much manipulation of the children regarding such abuse.
One such issue is the fact that a couple of years ago my then 7 year old son witnessed and was distressed when a member of the family threatened to get a knife and stab me with it. Last night during a phone call he was saying “Dad – you have to build a bridge and get over it” that the person in question was only joking at the time….and that he was worried about it- he was only 7 at the time and didn’t understand that it was a joke….but now he is 9 he does understand it was a joke.
It was no joke at the time and his distress over that event also was no joke. It’s a common practice of abusers to turn something nasty into a form of a joke. To turn and abusive situation into something that they thought was funny. During the phone call my son said to me …Dad you didn’t have to sleep in your van…you could have stayed at your mums…I could hear his mum coaching him to say what he was saying in the background…
Yes its true, perhaps during that 6 week period, when I was sleeping in my van I could have stayed at my mums…but -during  the previous 16 months I had been repeatedly told that even my family wanted nothing to do with me and knew I was mentally ill…. that sort of mental / emotional abuse does play havoc with your mind and as a result I wan’t able to go and stay at my mums during that time.
I have been advised and am seriously thinking that I need to have my ex wife charged with the crime of physical, emotional, mental, verbal and spiritual abuse. For abuse is a crime. And my ex wife committed those crimes of abuse. So the question arises….what should I do?

Everyone is well aware of the damage and death, a false rape claim can cause, while the false accuser walks away without so much as a slap on the wrist. This cycle of so called "justice" aimed specifically at all women has been so notorious and noticeable that it has received it's very own term "The Pussy Pass". This pass permits women to break any law at will without being held accountable, destroy someone's life without any consideration for the damage it causes the community, the family involved on both sides and the individual who in some cases will take his own life as society and "justice" will automatically hold him to be guilty (See Duke Uni Saga) without trial on the word of a lying female. I reported on this when it first hit the news as not only was there a feminist involved but she also falsified abuse statistics to the Fed.Gov. in relation to sexual assaults etc. Now I am totally convinced that this feminist is not the only one doing so as there are many thousands of schools and many thousands of feminists in charge of those figures. This would explain the hysteria being generated by feminists and Obama in relation to introducing the "if you're a male, you're guilty" law they are introducing into those higher {falsely termed ofcourse) institutions and use it as their new guidance to prosecute any male who so much as touches a privileged princess once her booze addicted brain absorbs even a micro gram of alcohol..
It would be highly advisable for any future male students to keep females are two arms length if they want to achieve their goal and avoid jail at the same time..

Former UCD official pleads no contest to embezzling charge

The former head of anti-violence efforts at the University of California, Davis, pleaded no contest Thursday to two felony charges of embezzlement and falsifying accounts.

Jennifer Beeman, the veteran director of UC Davis' Campus Violence Prevention Program, entered a plea agreement with prosecutors in which seven other felony charges were dismissed.

She appeared at a hearing Thursday in Yolo Superior Court, in which she entered pleas before Judge Janet Gaard.

Beeman, who has remained free on bail, will likely face a sentence of probation when she goes before a judge June 2, Michael Cabral, Yolo County's assistant chief deputy district attorney, said Thursday.

She will also have to pay restitution of about $10,525 – the amount she is suspected of embezzling, he said.

Beeman has no prior convictions, the District Attorney's Office said.

"We believe it's a fair and appropriate disposition based on the amount of loss," Cabral said.

Beeman left the courthouse without comment.

Beeman, 53, has been the subject of campus probes for allegedly inflating crime statistics on federal grant applications and misappropriating money for personal uses.

She was arrested Dec. 10 and charged with nine felonies related to her alleged misuse of funds from educational and outreach programs meant to prevent sexual violence, the university said in a news release.

UC Davis police contended Beeman embezzled thousands of dollars by asking for travel reimbursements and mileage to attend meetings that never took place.

The university returned more than $100,000 to the U.S. Justice Department after finding that unallowable expenses were charged to a violence prevention grant Beeman administered, officials said.

Beeman spent 16 years at the university before retiring in June 2009.

In September 2009, UC Davis announced Beeman had inflated the number of forcible sex offenses that took place on campus in 2005, 2006 and 2007 in reports required by federal law.

The university revised the figures in 2009, reducing by more than half the number of incidents reported for each year.

UC Davis' crime reporting had come into question before. A Bee story in 2001 reported that Beeman had written a grant application in 1999 stating that as many as 700 students at UC Davis were victims of rape or attempted rape each year.

At the same time, the university's reports to the federal government said assaults on campus were practically nonexistent.

The criminal charges against Beeman stem from her handling of program funds, not from her alleged misreporting of crime statistics.
