HAPPY 6TH ANNIVERSARY JULIA
This is the week where we swap with the person below us that is wanting to swap an ATC Artist Trading Card mine is ready to be posted off. Now onto the desk, it is a mess I have been home doing so many finishing off jobs, creating some cards well needed for B'day party that happened last weekend and of course trying to generally catch up, well I have succeeded in that, but still have miles more to complete. The desk is a mess and it is with activity, this is a good thing right? I even have my Latte and water at the ready. DD on the other side has to write in a card for another birthday she is going to on the weekend. The cads on the desk are not from the Gorjuss stamp range although they are not urgently needed they are going to get finished. Oh and that purple thing in the bottom right corner that is round that is my loose talc container with powder puff in it, it was given as a gift and nearly used but I use it for prepping the paper before stamping, it works perfectly. I have completed many cards, some just filing away after photographing them and others were only part done if you want to see them they are in my former posts. Moving along,
Yoda well he is hanging around like the faithful little man that he is, moving from the window bed to the office bed and insisting on the cuddles when he can get away with it. Oh and a look out the bay window for those who want to see it. Soon that tree will be covered in the most beautiful flowers as we are getting closer to winter. I still am amazed by the view from your craft window. It is gorgeous. And your desk doesn't look that bad, either.
Yoda looks happy. Poor baby. He must be used to getting his photo taken. Mine run and hide when I try to capture them. But Bleubeard will meow a hi to him. Squiggles is far more standoffish.

Those Gorjuss gals are so cute! Lovely to see the view again but cannot wait to see it in full bloom. Seems strange to me to hear it will be in bloom 'in winter' as all of our trees will be stripped bare then.

Well, I thought that powder puff was all part of your daily glamorous routine! We Deskers have got to maintain our allure, doncha know!!! Hahahahaha....I'm typing this in my PJs, just to let you know how glamorous I am, lol!!

Wow, look at all those machines! Your desk looks great, nothing to complain about. And the view is wonderfull!
When I first saw the small photo of Yoda, I thought it was a Fennek because of the big ears. But in the enlargement it showed his cute face.

Well my friend, only you could use a posh talcum powder duster to prep stamping stock! How I smile at the thought! You're really on a roll with the finishing ups, good for you I must say.Sounds to me like your DD has a better social life than us real grown ups! Can't tell from your yard pictures that its nearly winter...looks like midsummer to me, how strange!

I do like the pic of Yoda int he dappled sun. Lucky boy to have so many beds and cuddles as he walks between them...they know how to organise us don't they? The view from your window is lovely, my window looks into the carport and so I have covered it with shelves and hung some of LLJ's bunting up to brighten my view...Great busy desk you have today. Your desk is a hive of industry, Eliza, and what a lovely view out of your window! I love the idea of using the powder puff to prep your cards - it probably makes them smell lovely too! Gorgeous little Yoda, following the sun, looking so happy in his little bed. Our poor little Beatrice is coming out in sympathy with me with my chemo - I've been told I won't lose my hair, but she is losing hers instead! The vet says it's stress-induced hair loss and asked my hubby if anything major had changed in our house, and when he told her about me just having started chemo, she said that was it.
Thank you for your lovely comment, and you don't know what it means to know that I have all this love and support all around the world! I can feel it lifting me up, day by day, and everybody is being so kind. I am so glad you like my beautiful quilt - that was such a blessing to receive, and I'm enjoying the benefits of it already.
