Silent Hill 4: The Room Walkthrough & Strategy Guide

Introduction

You know the old saying "go to your room" after you've been found guilty for something you absolutely had no part of? Enter Henry Townshend, a man that has been trapped inside of his apartment, Room 302, for several days now. This is not the Twilight Zone, however, and Henry has no clue why he is trapped inside of his apartment, nor how to get out. The only way to solve this mystery is to escape your room via the hole in the bathroom, but what it leads to is somewhere horrifying...

Thankfully, you won't have to explore every single scary room with IGN Guides on your side with a complete Silent Hill 4 walkthrough, so pick up that controller and play for several hours at a time rather than a few minutes! If you're still terrified of the Thriller music video, you're here in the Introduction. If you still can't figure out what a "controller" is or why you keep dying when things hit you repeatedly, visit the Basics section. If you're looking to meet the cast, check out the Characters section. If you want to say hello to your little (and quite large) friends, visit the Weapons section. If you'd like to glance at the basic enemies in the game (no bosses, no spoilers, no worries), then check out the Enemies section. If you're Mr. Roboto, and you're looking for secrets, check out our Secrets section. Lastly, eye the Boards if you need additional help, although we doubt you will.

So sit on the edge of your seat, don't relax, and whatever you do, try not to wet yourself. Especially on our furniture, because that is just NOT cool.

You know the expression "a picture speaks more than a thousand words?" That applies here.
