To DISTRESS your creations! So ink it up, rough it up, rip it up.....just make sure it's good and distressed!!Well I just love distressing so LOVED this challenge. I have had a yearning to do a darker version of Cinderella for a while. So I dug out my favourite papers Immortal love by DCWV.
I coloured her with Copics, and paper pieced the skirt, then added glitter. I also added a Bat across the moon and glittered that up too ;) The Bat was from the Batty Princess stamp set
I added the sentiment Kick up your Heels, and have a Happy Birthday.
I did my distressing with scissors, sandpaper, a paper distressing tool, and good old ripping.
I'm gutted at the pictures, the colours were really rich, but my day lamp washed it out.
