I’m back with another project for pixie dust paperie’s -- christmas in paris kit!   I send out new years cards, and this is my card for next year.  its clean and simple, in style, just like the new year.

I really like the orange and teal with the dark gray ruffle.  its hard to see here, but the orange paper is scalloped at the bottom.  I was able to 12 cards using these 3 papers and still have lots to play with!

holiday hugs by Lynn Millers

hi everyone, I’m lynn miller, and I’m so excited to be a guest designer for pixie dust paperie!  I will be working with the paper kit, christmas in paris and it's full of wonderful papers, charms, ribbons and gems! 

today, I have a xmas card using both sides of one of the crate papers in the kit.  the fabulous ruffled pink ribbon was gathered up to make a flower and in the center, there’s a pink gem.  the flower base has some dictionary paper from the october kit-“blue moon”.   this kit is so fun to work with-- I’ll be back with more soon:)

I believe in pink... by Lynn Millers

hi everyone!  I’m back with some more “christmas in paris” goodness:)  I don’t have cute little ones running around, but we did just get a new puppy.   I love her pinkness, and did a scrapbook page of her first picture.   this kit has tons of die cuts and on this page, I used the “happy”, pink roses and the blue “I believe in pink die cuts.

I scallop punched the prima bkgd paper and stitched it down.  the pink picture mat is some of the crate paper, in this kit.  her name –bailey- was added using the glitz pink letters.  and the pretty pink seam binding—that’s in the kit, too!

christmas… by Lynn Millers

today, I’ve used 3 different papers and a ribbon from in the “christmas in paris” kit.  the burgundy paper was embossed with a hounds tooth pattern and scallop punched.  and green cardstock was die cut  with a stocking die.   the cute echo park paper was ruffled and topped with some pretty ribbon.

and I used some of the scraps to make a 4” x 4” gift box.

this kit has non-christmas goodies, too, and I’ll show some non-christmas projects soon.

butterflies and roses... by Lynn Millers

hi everyone!  I’m working with pixie dust paperie’s christmas in paris kit, again.   I love the colors on this graphic 45 paper and paired it here with some teal echo park paper.    the reverse side  of the graphic 45 paper is full of gorgeous die cut shapes to use in your projects.  (the bfly embellishment on my card, is one of those shapes).

I also added one of the pretty charms in the christmas in paris kit.  the sweet ribbon is from my october kit—blue moon.  I love how you can mix and match these kits and they blend beautifully together:)

this cone ornament was so fun to make!  I used floral papers and a die cut rose from the christmas in paris kit.   the rose was fussy cut from a larger group of roses and attached with foam dots.  the great sheet music paper is from the  blue moon kit.

santa bag and tag... by Lynn Millers

today, I have a gift bag and tag to show you.  love the santa in this paper from webster pages!  and its just one of the many pretty papers in the christmas in paris kit!  it’s trimmed with sheet music paper that I scallop punched.  the cute charm and flower are also it the kit.  the twine and the pleated dictionary paper came from the blue moon-october kit.

Designer Day One ~ Scrapbook Page by Lynn

 hi everyone—today I have been having fun playing with the christmas in paris kit.   and here’s one of the scrap pages I’ve gotten done.  normally, I do all my pages digitally, so it’s been great to try scrapbooking in a 3d, hands on way.

the ledger and floral paper is crate paper, and the random rose in the left corner came off the strip that you usually cut off the paper.  the sentiment was cut from a larger printed embellishment from the kit.  the scalloped border is from a websters pages paper, as is, the bkgd mat under the picture.  its finished off with 3 different gems from cosmo cricket.
