A sense of impending doom overshadows the beta for The Lord of the Rings Online's Rise of Isengard expansion, thick and heavy as a Ringwraith's cloak. Clans fight to retain skittish populations, chieftains rush to action without securing defenses, and the enemy seems like the only faction that has its act together.
