Celery makes for an awesome sound effects tool. The audio proof is delivered by the Dark Knight when he breaks criminals' bones in Batman: Arkham City. Yup, they did that with celery. In honor of Batman's upcoming GOTY edition, Rocksteady is providing a behind-the-scenes look at Arkham City's development, and today we learn how the studio made the punches, capes, and snapped limbs sound so good.



Batman: Arkham City GOTY, featuring the new DLC adventure, Harley Quinn's Revenge, is set to ship for consoles in September. We're still waiting on Rocksteady and Warners for the PC release date.
