Archangel

Action game that combines the character development and story of an RPG and the fast speed and effects of a first-person shooter. You'll lead the main character, a deceased family man resurrected by the Lord of Light through a series of three dark worlds, journeying from the Middles Ages to the future and finally to The Forgotten Place. But being the resurrected servant of the Lord of Light carries with it a certain obligation -- namely lots and lots of demon fighting. Travinsky uses a bevy of ranged and melee weapons, upgraded with essence, which is collected by completing missions.
