What Allied General tries to do is immerse the player with realistic battle sequences and strategy strait out of World War II ? and it does it fairly well. Played from a hexagonal format and perspective, you must control your forces, either the Axis or Allied powers, through all kinds of battle scenarios that took place during the war.
