Abuse

The first full consumer game from former id Software programmer Dave Taylor and partner Jonathan Clark, Abuse was an attempt to get into the overly-popular platform gaming genre and kick its ass. The game was a technologically-packed 2D shooter/platformer, with standard platform running and jumping on one hand and mouse-driven aiming for the shooting play. Abuse also featured multiplayer gaming as well as an advanced level editor.
