Me, a scrapbooker :)

Yes, I scrap!

Somethimes I just wonder....if I scrap, or if I just teach, run 3ndypapir, mail bunches of papers all over the world, surf internet, talk to people on mail...

Well I LOVE this part of my job, of course!!! But most of all i want to be a scrapbooker, an artist - a photographer...a paper-lover :)

And it feels GOOD when I find time to do the things I love the most.

Here are three LOs I made recently.

One with the BEAUTIFUL butterly stamps by my Stamp BOX (love these!!)

And the two LOs below are made for LOTUS paperie.

This awesome challenge-blog that recently closed. SO sad! :(

On the LO below I used my chipboard-snowflakes and thickers-alpha as mask, and spritzed with my favorite turquouse glimmermist by Tattered Angels.

happy winter

Hi my friends.

Hope you have a wonderful weekend.

The weather in Oslo is still ice cold winter weather. Lots of snow and -15 degrees celcius.

The kids asked me here the other day:

"mom, how long is it winter-time?"

me: "6 months"

kids: "what!!??!! are you kidding??"

me: "nope! we live in Norway......"

So yes, we still enjoy the wonderful norwegian winter....skiing, skating, sledging.....

Maybe we kind of longing for the spring now.......

longing for flowers, warmer weather, green grass....

However...I enjoy these days creating..and I have lots of new stuff coming up soon. :) :)

I also had this little button-and flower-tutorial up at LOTUS paperie the other day. Run on over for more inspiration.

Yes, you read right. No inspiration monday today :(

I have been all day on the sofa with a flu.

Argh! I hate to be sick.

I hope I feel better tomorrow, and I'll put up the inspiration "monday" some day during the week, so please stay tuned. ;)

White Christmas :)

Hi My friends. Hope you all've had a wonderful Christmas.

Here in our household we have enjoyed time together, alot of yummy, yummy food, beautiful gifts from friends and relatives. We also have enjoyed a wonderful white christmas and the great outoors. It snowed so much on christmas eve and the 25th. :)

december 1st!!!

Wow, wow, wow! This year has flown by SO quickly. And now it's december allready. Can't believe it!

I made this LO with one of my favourite pictures from early january this year...allmost one year ago.... This LO is for the last challenge (#152 ) of this therm with Lotus Paperie. For now we are saying goodbye to most of the wonderful inspiring girls at the team.

Anyhow I'm SO, SO honored and lucky to STAY for one more therm at Lotus. I'm really looking forward to all the inspirational challenges, sketches and all the beauty the team and the girls that join share. I love it all! :) :)

Here are two LOs I've made for the last two challenges over at LOTUS Paperie. LOVE this weeks sketch # 148 (the lo above) with the circle shape, and challenge # 147 " use your ribbon scraps". I have a bunch of ribbons in a big jar, and I use them alot.... but it is allways nice to be challenged to use them in a new way. Hi! Finally back after a wonderful weekend filled with scrapbooking, classes, crop, friends, laughter and loads of inspiration. I had a wonderful time at the gathering in Ski. Thanks to all you amazing ladies that attended my minibook class and the 3ndypapir "god jul" class. It was all totally fun and inspiring and awesome :) You can see the Cosmo Cricket minibook we created here :)

Lene and I had a wonderful time teaching our "god jul" (merry christmas) -class using all brand new 3ndypapir christmas papers. And even if it was way too early in the morning for us to teach, we had a blast. Thanks to all you wonderful ladies that came to our class. All your sweet words and love for our papers make our hearts smile :) :) You can view all the projects from this class here:

And: Last but not least: NEW challenge is up over at Lotus paperie. Please come join the fun!!! I made this LO with pictures pf my DH in our old wooden boat. I love to see him like this - relaxing in the boat. he loves the sea and this old boat from 1954 - and he puts so much time and effort to keep it "shine" :)

happy weekend :)

Hi all. Hope you enjoy the beautiful days of fall. Today I have enjoyed creating alot. So if you are up to some scrappy fun this weekend make sure you pop by LOTUS paperie and join our latest challenge: #145 "add a little color to your handwritten journaling". :)
I so loved this challenge, and it finally made me dig into my long forgotten colorful gelrollers. :) it also reminded me to actually WRITE something on my LO.

THE BEST week

Many of you may allready know last week must have been the happiest for me.

I was super, super honored and over the moon happy to be chosen for the new design team at Cosmo Cricket. I have been in love with the Cosmo papers for years, so this is really a dream come true. :) :)

I was also SO happy to be last weeks guest at Pencil Lines sketch blog. Lene and I = 3ndypapir sponsored the team and the prize, and it was SO fun to see how all the talented PL-girls created awesome stuff with our papers. :) Run on over and get inspired :)

Hi all. Can't believe it is 6th of june allready.
Lots of things are happening around here these days. June is allways a busy, busy month, and these first days have been a bit over the top...but, I'm still here.
I love it when things get busy, but all good. :)
Today was the very first day for the new team over at LOTUS paperie. Challenge # 127 "felt" is up - and the girls at the team have done a fab job! go check it out! SO proud to be a part of this wonderful team. :)
