 It's time to have our September Guest Designer Call!!

Guest Designer call!
The first challenge of each month we will be having a guest designer call.  All you have to do to apply is add -GDT after your entry name and our makeup artists will select one person from the entries to join us for a challenge the following month!  If you are selected, you will be provided a Paper Makeup image to use on your project.
 

Just be sure to use a digi stamp with this week's theme and link your creation below to play along.  Don't forget that Paper Makeup Stamps has a great collection of digi images that you can view here.

I am retired & living the dream in cottage country with my husband of 43 years. We have 2 grown children who have given us 3 gorgeous grandchildren. I have been crafting all my life but when my first granddaughter was born I started scrapbooking & eventually card making. I LOVE card making!  A few years ago I discovered the wonderful world of digital stamps & my collection is quickly growing. My card making style is fairly clean & simple....I like the image to do the talking instead of covering it up with embellishments. I had lots of fun coloring this beautiful image & hope you like my card!

Moody for Monday?i

Are you Moody for Mondays? Well i know I usually AM moody on monday! Especially this monday! It's rainy and gross outside and my 3 year old seems to have scratchy throat so i kept him home from school. Of course he's not acting sick in the least, jumping around like a jack rabbit. Pun intended since his name is jack!

In case you havent seen, The Moody Girls are the newest collection to join PMS! Illustrator Cynthia Liu is just fantastic and really seems to get what is going on in my head. I love that!

Cynthia is preparing these images to sell prints of! Which means she's coloring them and making them look like the fantastic works out art that drew me to her in the first place! I'm going to have them plaster my wall! hahaha. Once they are ready to purchase, I will certainly let you all know!

PMS Monday Is Getting Punchy!

Happy Monday everyone and welcome to another Paper Makeup Monday Challenge!! This week Tangii is challenging everyone to get punchy: use die cuts or punches on your creations. Before you go "WOOHOO! NESTIES!" I have to tell you that Nestabilities do not count for this challenge. You can use them but you must use another kind of punch/die as well.

I decided to play it safe and just use my square punch...
All of the squares in the background were punched using my 1 3/8" square punch. :) Now check out the rest of the design teams punchy creations...

September Sneak Peek day 6... Coffee anyone??

As the summer winds down and we head into Fall, one thing that i always cant wait for is all those warm yummy drinks! Ok, so i still drink coffee in the summer, but once the fall and winter hit is when you can get all the best flavors!

This new set called Caffeine Trip is a combo of our 2 newest designers to the team. Cynthia Liu dreamed up these super fun and different coffee images while Shaela put together some fun and fabulous wordart. Together, this will become a staple set for me i'm sure!

The design team seemed equally as thrilled with this set...
