Queen of Hearts ...

Hey Ya's!  Hope you are all having a beautiful weekend so far!

A while back, the ultra talented Alberto asked me if I'd like to join his team for his new line of digi's at Whimsy Stamps .. and I could not resist!!!  Thank you Alberto!!!  What an honour to be with this amazing team and to play with these gorgeous digi's he's created!  Each one of his digi's has such a magical and mystical feel .. I love them!!

For today's card, I used "Queen of Hearts" .. I enjoyed colouring her so much with Distress Inks and touches of Prisma Pencils for her hair.  I was at a stump over what floral colors to choose .. and my little Bodhi actually made the decision for me and told me to go with these colors.  He turned an hour long back and forth of decision making into just 5 seconds.  ahahaha!!!  Thanks little dude!  :)

I am using some of the BEAUTIFUL papers from LOTV's "Antebellum" and "Beach Bliss" paper pack .. oooh totally loOoOve them a lot!!!

Exciting News!!!

Hey Ya's!  Hope you're having a wonderful week so far!!  Before I pop on off to bed ... 

I have some VERY exciting news to share with you!  I am truly honored and over the moon happy to be a part of The Ribbon Girls Team!  Yayyyy!  Oooh my gosh good gracious!  Thank you SO very very much Mary and Andrea and all of the Ribbon Girls for having me join your beautiful family!  I am beyond ecstatic to be with ALL of you!  :)  *pinching myself*

Snowy & Sparkly

Hi Ya's!  Hope you all had a beautiful weekend!

We've been having some really wonderful weather here .. totally loving it!  The skies are the bluest of blues, and the temps are mid 80's .. PERFECT!  So we've been playing outside a lot more, and our dog Max impressed us the other day!  ... Bodhi was riding his bike in our culdesac and Max stood in our driveway with his leash .. just watching and yearning to run.

We let Max off the leash, and he did exactly what we were hoping he would do .. he ran alongside Bodhi's bike like a natural!  :)  When Bodhi turned his bike, Max turned .. he stayed right alongside Bodhi .. never straying .. just faithful by his side.  :)  Ears flapping and flying in the wind ... and both Bodhi and Max with huge smiles on their faces (well, I THINK Max was smiling!)  LOL!  Loved it .. totally loved it!

Then a new neighbor came out to meet us with her Lab that was unleashed also .. and my heart started racing .. as we've never met this dog before.  Buuuuut .. everything was good!  Absolutely great energy .. and both our dogs just hung out together!  Nice!!!  :)

Okay .. so now that I've talked your eardrums off .. lol .. here's my card that I've made with this DARLING LOTV "Squirrel Snack" along with a sentiment from "Set 35 - Christmas Handwritten Phrases".

Hello there!  Hope you're all having a beautiful Tuesday!

Lighting the Way ...

Hey Ya's!  Hope you're all having a beautiful weekend!  :)

Well, my little Bodhi has started his sparring classes on Saturdays this weekend, and lemme tell you .. it is SO cute!  lol!  He is the tiniest one in there, and he gets to spar against young black belts who go on their knees to spar with him.  He had a total BLAST!  I really love these kids because they're all so very well mannered and helpful.  :)  And for the first time in a very long time .. Bodhi actually came home and took a NAP!!!  hahahahaha!!!!!!!  He was so tuckered out from his class!  :)  hehe!

So I've a card to show you!  :)  I used the DARLING LOTV "Holy Light", and also some ultra BEAUTIFUL Pion Papers given to me by a dear friend last year that I'm savoring bit by bit!  hehe!  And those sparkly rhinstones strand are also from another sweet friend as well .. thank you SO much girls!  :)

Were any of you lucky enough to visit the Lili of the Valley shop on Saturday?  Oh my!  Did you get to take some classes with my LOVELY DT sisters there???  sigh .. totally wish I could go and visit with them there too .. realllly would love to be with them!  :)

From All of Us ...

Hey Ya's!  Hope you are all having a beautiful week so far!  :)

Well .. in my last post, I mentioned that my parents and one of my Aunts were coming in to surprise Bodhi .. and oh my .. he was SO overwhelmed with excitement when he saw their faces in the car after school!!!  :)  It was such a GREAT surprise!  And we've been having such a wonderful week with them, especially since it's a long weekend here in the U.S.  :)  It's been so nice.  :)

I've made a card using one of Lili of the Valley's DARLING latest release.  And this one is called "Red Squirrels Christmas Tree" .. they are such cuties aren't they?!  I used frantage on the tree to make it look like snow .. and I didn't think I had put THAT much frantage.  Buuuut .. when it heated and started turning white .. my eyeballs got bigger and bigger seeing just HOW much frantage there really was on the tree!  Ooopsies!  lol!  :)  Then I also used a sentiment from "Set 35 - Christmas Handwritten Phrases".
