Smile, Hippo Rita

Everyday throughout the year people can struggle with stress
be it from family dynamics, work/school, bills, anxiety,
depression or mental health issues, abuse (emotional, verbal and physical), bullying.
These struggles are real and can be a daily struggle for family, friends,
co-workers and strangers around us.
Sometimes the outside appearance of happiness isn't what is going on
behind closed doors or on the inside of a person life.
These struggles can make it very hard for people to stay in this world through it all.
If you know of someone struggling, please reach out to them.
If you are the one struggling you are valued, loved and the world is a better place
with you in it. There is only one you and you are so precious.
You matter, you make a difference in the smallest way
to everyone who knows you.
You make a difference to everyone who comes into contact with you.
Please reach out to someone you love, a friend or a stranger.

You do not have to hide your struggles
You do not have to do it alone!!!
We lost our son at the end of 2023

Good morning everyone,
Today, we are supposed to have sun/clouds and maybe some rain.
I have really enjoyed the clear blue sky days we have had
but also enjoyed having the rain that is needed.
On social media, there has been a ton of really beautiful pictures
of sunrises, sunsets and even of clouds during some nasty storms.
View nature is like a master craft in art, each day different
and something always stunning to see.

Today, we have a brand new challenge out at

Doesn't this image just make you want to smile.
So many creations you could make with this
fun filled image.
I would love to be on the water
soaking in the rays and having a nice
fancy drink. Relaxing would be good on the water.
Although, I'm still recovering from last sunburn (ouch).
My image was colored using Copic Markers
It was tough to get a good picture
With all of the glitter paper I used.
Well the paper definitely, makes it shine.
The die cute word smile is from Sizzix.
Fussy cutting, was fun. It is something
that I have not done for a while.

We would love it if you came and joined us for this fun filled

Good morning!
Incredible to notice that the month of
December is already half over and that we only
have 10 days till Christmas.
My goodness, we still need to do some Christmas
shopping for our presents and supper

The stamp set, I am sharing with you today
is from The Project Bin
and it is called

Times are changing for us in our house hold
some good changes and some not so good which add to the
roller coaster of life.

Although it isn't a Christmas card, it just felt
so right to share.
This sentiment can be used at anytime of the year.
Stamp set: The Project Bin : Anchors Away
The card above was colored using Copic Markers.
All dies used are from Gina Marie Designs, Craftin' Desert Divas, Sizzix.

Feline Better?

Good morning! It is the first Monday, in December. It is hard to believe the count down to Christmas is on. We had our first Christmas dinner celebration yesterday. It was good to see everyone in the family who was able to attend.  Although, there just wasn't enough time to talk to some which has made me sad.

Are you ready for what stamp set, will be high lighted today for The Project Bin!
This is an oldie but a brand new set for me, it is called Feline Good. Now this set comes with two dies, with the images and sentiments.

The image was colored up with Copic markers and then it was decided that some different shapes should be used and textures to complete this card.

I used some different lighting, it is a little tough to see the Feline Better? sentiment. It is cute though.

Please hop on by to The Project Bin Blog for more inspiration from Monday-Friday! You will not be disappointed as they inspire me weekly with their masterful creations.

Have an amazing week and thank you so much for stopping by today.

The card is using stampin' up paper
(always artichoke, bravo burgandy, early espresso, whisper white)
except for the pattern paper (which is unknown)
Spellbinder circle dies and sizzix leaf dies.
The star texture is a folder by Stampin' Up.

just makes the sentiment pop.

my newest creation with you for

Denise the owner/designer of these stamps
has come up with another brand new and awesome
set called North Pole.
card making, winter, winter card ideas, snow, north pole, sentiments, stamping, paper crafts, clear stamps, hand made cards, hand stamped cards, card ideas
Don't you just love the each stamp
and the fonts are fabulous.
It has been out for a couple of weeks
and boy was I super excited when
going to the mailbox and seeing this
stamping goodness there.
When I saw this sentiment and the script of it,
the pattern paper from
Bo Bunny came to mind and so did this card sketch.
Out came my Gina Marie stitched circle die, my 1 inch circle punch,
my banner die and snowflake die from Sizzix.
The sentiment was stamped using Momento tuxedo black ink.
It just makes the sentiment pop on the color of this  paper.

Give A Girl The Right Shoes....

 Good morning!
How was your weekend?
Our family had a pretty good weekend
busy but good.

I don't know about you but I just love
a good pair of dress shoes.
My favorites are high heels, which sadly I can't
wear anymore but boy oh boy do still admire them.

The stamp set I am highlighting
for The Project Bin today is
It is a truly fun loving set
Out came the inks and I used the one of the little shoe
stamps to create some designer paper. Picking colors for the
shoes was so much fun.
Then to pick the sentiment I wanted, well it was a hard
one but in the end
"Give a girl the right shoes and she will conquer the world"
Now I used Wink of Stella on the shoes but
unfortunately, you can't see it...boo. They are so sparkly
in person.

recipe:
Stampset
Paper: Tempting Turquoise, Rich Razzleberry, Whisper White
Ink: Tempting Turquoise, Rich Razzleberry, Daffodil Delight,
Wild Wasabi, Melon Mambo, Tuxedo Black (Memento)
Accessories: die, small silver grommets and YNS enamel dots,
sizzix 3D embossing folder and sizzix double dots embossing folder

Come on over and join us
at
The Project Bin Blog to see more amazing inspiration
each day of the week. My teammates do an amazing job
of inspiring me each week.
