I am ready to get back to card making, creating non christmas cards. I did however you a christmas stamp fro these flowers, aren't they adorable. This is actually the poinsettia from right at home stamp set poinsettia...so very cute! I luv being able to use my stamps in other ways than what they are intended. I stamped them with simon says stamp twirling tutu ink and then used a white sharpie to create the sweeet polka dots...luv! I have also used the sketch from sweet sunday sketch, this is the last sketch for them...they are giving the sweet sunday sketch a rest, thank you Karen for the many amazing sketches you have shared!  Have you sen the sweet stamp and die sets from Hero Arts? They are precious, I need all of them....teehehehe. The merry is a cute die that comes in the set with these adorable stars and other sentients....tooo cuuute! I have used the awesome sketch and colors from the challenges listed below. I have used the Simon Says Stamp card kit for September for this sweet little card. I luv the papers in this kit, they create sweet cards all on there own! I stamped the tiny stars, they are in the stamp set that comes in the kit. Added a few gemstones, the sentiment and a 5 minute card is born! Add a little glimmer to your life....sparkle & shine!

I quick little card to play with a couple of fun challenges, luv the sketch from sweet sunday sketch and the colors from colour me. I used the lil' inker stiched butterflies, colored with Zig markers and added gold glitter for a little shine. The sentiment is from lawn fawn and the sweet scalloped edge and curve are pretty pink posh border dies. Add a little glimmer to your life...sparkle & shine!

happiest birthday wishes

I need a little relaxing time tonight, so I decided to play along with several challenges...Waffle Flower colors/inspiration challenge is one of them. I so luv the flower circle die set from waffle flowers, it is soooo cute....I have used it for my focal point. The sweet rug on the floor and the colors inspired my card. Well, if you know me at all, you know I wanted to reach for the embossing paste....*grin*...I so luv using embossing paste. So much so, I may play along with our challenge later in the week to use embossing paste. I switched it up a bit and used some Dina Wakley and Paper Artsy paints with the darlin star shower stencil by Crafters Workshop. I played along with a couple of challenges listed below. I am so far behind on making cards....sigh...I have a lots of sympathy cards to make. This months SCS Cards For A Cause OPTIONAL challenge is to make sympathy cards; so I need them for that, I have an order from one of my faithful buyers, and I thought it would be a great time to add some to my stash. I played along with today's SCS Featured Stamper Challenge, I was inspired by Karin's card here. I really liked all the embossed layering, so I embossed the pink hearts over the white embossing. I also used the colors from the SCS CC528. Add a little glimmer to your life.....sparkle & shine!

What fun I had this week with the CAS challenge, I cannot wait to see what YOU create! I have used the Hero Arts Tweed pattern stencil for my background. I also used Wendy Vecchi crackled embossing paste. The heart stamp is also Hero Arts, such cute stamps in this set! I tied it with bakers twine and added a sweet little HB tag, the cute tag is Simon Says Stamp Tiny Tags.  Add a little glimmer to your life...sparkle & shine!

The Spectrum Noir Aqua Markers are soooo awesome, I have used Ranger watercolor card stock. I coloring and painting with water is so easy and fun....I luv the look! I kept my card super simple, I wanted the watercoloring of the heart to take center stage, the heart stamp is from the Winnie & Walter Write Stuff Love Story set.
