I have used the Antique collection for this card, so luv the glittered ampersand. I also used the SU envelope punch to make the edge of my card look like a file folder...luv this! I can then add a gorgeous piece of patterned paper to peek through....sweeeet! I hope you have made big plans for 2014, I know I am excited and ready for great things! Embrace Life.
I am soooooo happy, why you ask? Well, I luv, luv, luv this camera here. I had one and when I broke it good the last time(I have dropped it many times)I purchased a newer model of a Canon. Well, let me tell you, it can not compare to this little baby; so I bought me another one. It is the BEST point and shoot camera I have ever had! My card pictures look so much better with it...I am a happy camper...lol! I played along with the Sketchbook Saturday Sketch and the Dynamic Duos colors. Luv using banners like this, I added a tag that was stained and spritzed. The chipboard stars where sponged and popped up with pop dots. The dh and I are off tomorrow, so we go to breakfast and spend the day chillin...total luv! Hope you have a great week...enjoy!

Simply Lovely
I have used The Atlantic Hearts sketch for my card today, I did flip it. A pretty simple card from me, using My Mind's Eye Chalk Studio 6x6 paper pad. I cut the sentiment from a sheet of paper and added a little more white ink to make it chalkier...teehehe. I created a sweet trio banner, adding more chalk and a little stickles for a little summin extra. I placed an My Mind's Eye Cut & Paste enamel dot on each one...cuuuute! Hope you have had a wonderful weekend..enjoy!

Praying For You
Playing along with the 10 Minute Craft Dash, I really have a fun time playing along with the stop watch. Of course I have everything laid out first, that is acceptable; I am sure I would not make it under the 10 minutes if it was not...lol. I used the sketch from CAS(E) This Sketch. The sentiment is a new Verve set that was released on Friday, you can get yours here.

Celebrate
Good morning, I am sharing a fun card I created for a couple of challenges. I was not going to go with a carnival theme and just use the colors; but I had this sweet SU set that I had never inked up, so the carnival theme won out...lol. I do luv this SU set, it is so nostalgic and fun; it reminds me of the "good ole days". Hope you have a wonderful day, I am still enjoying our gorgeous fall like weather...sure wish it was here to stay...enjoy!

Wishing You Sunshine
I am sharing another quick card I created to play along with Atlantic Hearts, luv this sketch! I also wanted to play along with the colors from The Color Throwdown, my good friend Wanda is hostessing this week. I really like the color combo, she is stretching me a bit with the razzleberry...lol. I actually had to use another purple, I do not have many purples....*grin*. When you put green with purple, I can make it happen then..lol. This is mainly an all SU card, except for the sentiment. I pulled out those forgotten felt flowers, to vamp them up a bit, I added white gesso, stickles, and a sweet gemstone to the center. That is all from me tonight, I think...lol....have a good one...enjoy!

Masculine Birthday
I created this for my good friend Deb's challenge of nautical, she has a challenge at the end of every month called Last But Not Least, check it out and play along! I luv this SU set, it is perfect for those manly creations. I used the sketch from SCS today, keeping it on the CAS side. I added scoring that comes out and meets the birthday sentiment. I added stitching, distressing, and burlap string. I changed up the shapes a bit from the originally sketch, you know me always making it my own...hehehehe. These challenges are great to get a few manly cards completed, don't forget The Last But Not Least challenge! Have a super day and give the man in your life a big hug and a shout out of encouragement....enjoy!

CAS-Thinking Of You
Good evening, I have created a CAS card for several challenges....yes, I am a challenge junkie...lol. I used a SU set, my poor SU sets are very neglected, I do not have many but cannot seem to find time to use them. I needed a tree image so I reached for this sweet little tree, so cute...don't ya think? I used dry embossing, a sponged tag, and bakers twine to complete my card. It is gearing up to be another busy week, I do hope you can find time to create....I always feel better after completing a card, especially if I have a special someone to send it to. Hope your weekend is going fabby....enjoy!
